i got 30k XP tonight cause i keep trying different ways and i suck Most of it I got going back to tatooine and killing boring little boars, but i like it cause like 3 aggro me and i feel all tough.

I found those snakes on lok gave 800xp and were decent I could solo them no pets.

I have not found the best way to grind yet and bringing freinds they just steal my XP, i need a high lvl TKA to show me the ropes for sure.

Try craft grinding then you'll appreciate the TK grind a lot more. At least with TK, you're actually doing something while getting XP. I didn't mind the grind too much because of it. After mastering, I took up medic and doc and realized just how boring this game can be. Sitting there clicking the mouse over and over and over again all day long to climb that damned medicine crafting tree was nearly the end of me. Thank God for the occasional rebel raid of Bestine.

its too boring. I hunt huurton stalkers since a while. hunted some other stuff but stalkers are the best exp. so im getting bored. its a complaint i hear from my friends too, exping is too boring.

Fortunately I grinded to Master Chef before I started TK. So I know what grinding really means. For me TK is pure fun. I was Pistoleer and Carbineer before and didn't have near as much fun. It is pretty challenging to beat the crap out of 10k HAM mobs solo without needing a tank pet. I always hated those kiting tactics with my carbineer and pistoleer.

If I grinded 750 k unarmed exp a day I would probably feel the same. Most I ever did per day was about 350k exp fighting and about 120k exp per day crafting exp. If I had done more I would probably hate the game by now.

Try beating up Greater Sludge Panthers on Talus (I used a Gronda as a pet)

And before you all jump on my ass about using a pet, go to the Agrilet Swamp in Corellia WITHOUT a pet and kill Swamp Humbabas those are 1200 xp

I started doing Baz Nitch missions with a CH at TKA 2/3/4/3 or somthing. Continued all the way to master. Was getting on average, 3k per mob, sometimes more sometimes less. On each lair theres a total of 9 mobs (2 respawns). So, 9*3000 = 27000 + 4-5k for the lair at the end. Was making 250k+ a night (couple of hours).

Im on yavin four, and the choku's and maimens are pretty decent xp. What was really nice was the marmalax (I believe thats what they are called) they giving like 2300k per unit. Unfortunalty they kill your mind like theres no tomorow. I let my medic friend tank his pet and I stil got a ton of xp. so give it a try.

I think what Scizzot is talking about isn't where to get XP, but the process of getting XP is boring. I would tend to agree if that is all you do (meaning fighting the same creeps all day and all night....day in and day out). If you are "grinding" then you are sure to get bored. I could go over the list of things to do that may not fall into the category of combat "grinding", but if you are trying to make master TKA fast (or any other mastership for that matter) then "grinding" is what you will end up doing (whether that be combat or crafting). If you aren't enjoying grinding, then slow things down a bit and do other things (quests and such) or use the skills of your other professions and take a break. I fall back on my smuggling skills when I get a bit burnt with TKA and combat and I honest have a blast and don't get bored at all.

I personally am not as bored with combat "grinding" as you or others may be. Reason for me is that I travel to different places (Lok, Dathomir, Talus, Tatooine, Naboo, Endor, Yavin4, etc..)and I am not really trying to put myself on the "fast track" to masterhood. I also mix things up by making PK runs to Bestine (sorry IMPs). It is quite entertaining to run into a Cantina\Med Centerand PK a Master BH who was notpaying attention because they are in their own faction city and they feel safe(well....did it really count because they were in the Cantina\Med Centerin Bestine...so they thought they were safe...so they let their guard down and went AFK? I dunno, but I certainly enjoyed the quick fight that did not include any eye-shots). Anyhow...if you aren't having fun anymore then what are you going to do when the XP'ing is over with (i.e. reach Master TKA)? You are going to be more bored then than you are now.

i wasn't really complaining. more so just telling you guys that i was really tired, because i had played so much. grinding is pretty much necesary to move up semi fast. its not enjoyable.

750k xp all from giant baz nitches. at 4500-5000xp per i killed a lot of giant baz nitches. a lot. it was boring, but occasionally i would throw in a nightsister ranger or graping spider hunter. pretty much i wish giant baz nitches had some sort of really great organic resource, like really good meat.

hurton stalkers on the other hand have really good meat and bone right now, but only give 1k xp.

but this game owns. so i'm over it.

I've basicaly have been huting giant baz nitches, which give 4261xp each, for a long time now and i've got to say that if you can hunt with a large hunting party on dath you'll get xp faster and it'll be more fun.

And for the love of god, if you don't have medic skills, GET SOME. They help SOOOOOO much.
