Thread: Help get me to TKA please!

right now I'm a master rifleman, but I want to go into TKA. Unfortunatly I have found it freaking difficult to get past unarmed 3, so far I have been getting buffs and killing huurton stalkers but its so slow. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to level faster?

Huurton Stalkers should be giving you 5K per. Literally nothing in the game will give you more XP. The question is, does it take you a long time to kill each one?

Huurton stalkers are too much for unarmed 3. Do huurton missions, the ones that are 5k payout. It is quick then, if you have a speed-slicedVK and go berserk.

regular hurtons are worse, I get 1/3 of stalker xp and it takes 1/2 less time to kill.

You know where I levelled Unarmed 1-4? Right outside Coronet. Levelled Polearms 1-4 there as well. You have many low to mid level mobs that spawn plenty. Try that. I think you will find it easier.

From unarmed 3 you should be doing lesser bols. Once you get unarmed 3 go to quenkers. To get novice do huurton howlers. Then after that if you have any combat xp banked from rifles say enough to get 3 more boxes in tk, grab a solo group and do huurton stalker mission, mastered in 2 days doing this.

Forget all that.. go behind the Mos Eisley cantina and kill spice fiends by the Smuggler trainer. You get 450xp per kill and the combat goes pretty fast. Get buffed and you should be able to go from Unarmed 3 all the way to Teras Kasi Novice in about 3 hours. Loot the bodies and another fiend spawns. It's easy and the downtime is nearly nothing.

You can always do the spice fiends, or have someone tank a little for ya to kill things a bit faster. I would suggest going to the sennex caves. The entry sennex give about 1800-2000 xp per kill, but lvl 3 unarmed can kill them in a timely manner. Make sure you if you want to go deeper to get more xp, have someone higher lvl to go down and dispatch the rifleman so you're not overwhelmed.
Just a suggestion, but i can lvl pretty fast there.

another thing to keep in mind is that unarmed (no matter WHAT you try to kill) will NEVER level as fast a Rifles I-IV.
i took up rifles with my alt last night and in a sigle buff sesion went from novice marksman to half way (more like 2/3 of the way) into novice rifleman. once my buffs wore off, i let my pets tank for me so i would not die and finished up Novice Rifleman. before i went to sleep i was 0001 in Rifleman, all in one sitting. unarmed quite simply DOES NOT WORK LIKE THAT...
on the other hand, i remeber it taking quite a bit of time to level in Rifleman after Novice the first time i took it (perhaps it was the weapons back then), but wait until you train Teras Kasi Novice and get your certification for VKs..there is NOTHING like the increase in effectiveness ANYWHERE else in the game
it is going to take you some time to get to TK Novice, but you will be GLAD you put the time in when you get there.

agree, lesser bols don't give too much xp but you can kill them pretty fast, if you want to make money while leveling too and don't worry if it takes 1 or 2 days longer you can do janta missions too later, they have a vulnerability to kinetic as far as I remember.

On the Scylla server it's about 1500 m away from Mos Vegas. Otherwise, it's about 3600-4000 m from Mos Eisly, roughly NW heading.

i dont have the exact wp either anymore but i remember it far right of tat about 2/3 down.
