Thread: Possible Prestige Classes : PLEASE READ AND RESPOND

This is totally just an idea, but I think it would add alot of intrest to the game. Perhaps the devs could add a prestige class to each Eilte, for example, Teras Kasi... But of course it would be called Eilte, Eilte Class or something like that. Any way, this prestige class would enhance the TKA only if they desired to go down this path. One type of TKA prestige would be like Mental Channeling, and the TKA would get abilites like energy blast; the skill would have huge HAM costs, possibly even half of the HAM, but when used, it multiplies the damage it takes away from the user by 2, say it knocks 500 from each pool, thats 1.5k HAM ... so with the modifier it would do about 3k damage todesignated pool. Yes, thatsan incap a use almost, but it hasaslim chance of actually working. The graphic wouldlook like a burst of air merely going across the screen,it would be gathered energy.(Picture Predator moving threw the forest when he is camoflagued... its kinda just like a blurr thing, but you can still see his shape, thats what I was picturing for this skill, but it would be more of a ball type shape) Anotherskillwould be summoning mental forces what ever that would be, and even further increasing the powers of the TKM, much like power boost, but this increases attributes such as attack, dodge, attack speed...etc. This skill lasts for 10 mins. and has a down time of 30 mins, but the boost from the attack would allow you to swipe out even a master jedi (considering that is what the TKA were orignally made for).
Please If you think this a good idea, or bad idea.... or if you have any other ideas post them here, lets get the devs to read our ideas.

Go play Mortal Combat.
1) There will be NO Elite-Elite classes.
2) Energy Blasts and such, would be Darksider Stuff...
3) There is no non-Jedi Force-User Profession in SWG.

unless your a nightsister or a gorax... oooo, maybe if gorax is the other playable race...

Bajonett, You obviously know nothing of the world of Star Wars or the art of Teras Kasi...Do you even know how they originated or what their main purpose is...and how they improve their powers and yes some of them can use "force". Anyway it was just his idea, and he has a right to his opinion, and however you have your right to be a jackass and try to put someone down on an internet forum. I dont think you know what you're talking about, and when you actually wanna discuss something and not flame someone let us know.

Dude guys, chill, he's entitled to say that he doesnt like the ideas and list why. Also, TKA using solely the art of teras kasi, arent force users. Besides, Id much rather if they fix the bugs then add strange new material.
You complain about being flamed when he didn't seem to be too offensive and then you spaz out? Sorry, that sounds a little strange to me.

Thanks for the song. The only "Magic" in the SW Universe is "The Force", using it for
purposes of hurting is an Evil act, leading to the dark side. There is no other "Magic",
or other force. This is about Blasters, and one hooky mystic pseudoreligion is enough.
And you want to throw ebergy blast and do other feats obly the force can?

SOE will not do any Elite-Elite Professions. Theyhad the thought once with the City-
Deco stuff for Architect and dismissed the idea.
Now they are kneedeep in the plans with JTL, and the CB, and GCW-Revamp and.. and..
and you want still another thing done? Sorry, it wont happen.

Sure he can think what ever he wants, but he doesn't have to be a jack ass... And that's my point. By the way, who said I would be using the force for evil, is defense considered evil? I guess when I get my FS slot I will roll a char and not use any of my powers no matter what, because that would lead to the dark side.

There is no "darkside" of the force... you would know that, if you knew star wars. It's just a matter of how you use it. As Luke Skywalker eventually finds out. Have a good day my Padawan learners.
