Make us Master Brawler

and add 4 more trees past TKM (new title for Current TKM changed to TK Artist)that already exists

Give us a speed penalty when we use a VK


4 More trees would give the opportunity to make mediate regen faster(currently same as sitting)

and FOW timer lower and Power Boost better ( at least longer)


Or id rather see a quick Power Boost at 75% that we can do in battle


Make the new TKM weapon gloves with brass knucks or put spikes on it, another idea,

Would make craftable spikesthat act as a power up for boots.


Real TKM leave your Ideas i dont think any of this would make us

overpowered



4 new trees

2 for Meditate

1 for Sencing Force being USED not inactive jedi no mission terminal but make us track down a TKM NPC that must give us permission to "warn" the Jedi

1 that adds a few more moves with MINIMAL attack mods- maybe +15 for spd and damage in the whole tree another +10 at master


Make the XP for the Sencing line Combat

And make the XP needed like the BH weapon lines with 2 450k Boxes needed.

I wouldnt mind getting 2 450k boxes of combat xp and 6 450k boxes of unarmed


Meditation

200k

300k +5 to regen while meditate

400k

450K +5 to regen while meditate

Combat Focus

200k

300k Battle Power Boost 50% str able to do in combat

400k +5 Combat Focus

450K Battle Power Boost 75% str

Finese

200k +10 Dodge

300k +5 Unarmed Spd

400k +5 Unarmed Dammage

450k +10 KD/stun/dizzy

Force Attunment

200k +5 Active Force Sencing 100m

300k +5 Active Force Sencing 200m

400k +5 Active Force Sencing 500m

450k+5 Active Force Sencing


Master

Will of The Atunned FOW timer 20 min

+5 regen while meiditating


Combat Focus 100% in Battle, must wear off before you can do reg PB that is better and last longer



+10 Dodge/Unarmed Damage, Spd

Unarmed KD3 area Dizzy/KD attack


Force Sencing ability must seek TK NPC for his permission to find the Jedi Misusing power

Some of the ideas I agree with. It should be harder to get since we are much more complex than some person who decides to pick up a sword. We should be much tougher than any weapon user and the skill point cost would reflect that. At once we were given the task to watch over the jedi and they feared feared alot of TKM's. Heh they still do with the master defender line but thats another story. Replace the spot TKA was in with some sort of Melee Support line and have TKA follow master brawler.

As for skills have it add more damage some more defenses and make meditate do more maybe regen ham faster, heal battle fatigue, and provide some other enlightenment function. That I think would bring it up to par with its skill cost. Not being able to take on Jedi Knights and such but atleast put up a good fight against lower level ones.

only problem I have with that is if that is the case we should be able to use all melee weapons with master B
but also this will just mean people will kit us if we can not get an other ranged combat because of skill points. If you want this one we need a ranged weapon

also why 2 med trees that makes no sense I'm all for leaving TKM alone the only this this will do is be something for the DEVs to mess up and make us useless. I have other stuff but I just go up

Also the Damage mod you gave real sink at master we get like +70 or something like that I just did the mental math and this would be a nerf

Technically you wouldn't be able to pick up much of a ranged profession. Neither do jedi and they seem to get along just fine. And a good point with the damage mod, that is quite a poor amount to give along with maybe some more accuracy yet it is already impressive as it is.

i dont like this idea master brawler is the master of all the weapons


quit acting like TKM are jedi of the movies there not.


An author put them in a book does not mean there in the star wars univerese even......


truthfully to me it kinda looks like your all on a power trip and want to be better than everything else....

Here's how I responded to this on the Shadowfire copy of this post:






For whatever reason (maybe I'm stupid) I fail to see how Master Brawler has anything to do with fighting unarmed. Yes, in the EU, Teras Kasi watched the Jedi, blah blah blah, but I think the class should stay as it is. It's the most fun combat class I've done yet, it's not broken, and the only thing I would do to touch that class would be rebalance armor and buffs so they can compete in PvP again. Then there's the whole elite-elite issue, and everyone else would want their profession to have an elite-elite too, and that would just mess up the game beyond all recognition. Call me naive, but I like the current profession system.






Now, there have been some good points in this topic, but I still maintain that Teras Kasi should not require Master Brawler, nor should it have an elite extension. That would just cause all kinds of chaos. As it is, Teras Kasi is one of the only working, fun classes out there. I think we should leave the profession alone, but tweak and balance here and there, like fixing our CoB and that stuff. I think the idea that we watch over the Jedi is very cool and all, but it ultimately comes down to balance. I agree with whoever said the original poster sounds like he is on a power trip, because this would make Teras Kasi the ultimate flavor-of-the-month profession. Not only does it not make sense to have to learn all styles of combat just to effectively use your fists, it throws Teras Kasi way above not only all the other elites, but hybrid professions as well (in terms of power).


Summary: A resounding friggin' NO.
