I would say it's a good template! I choosed kind the same. yours is a little more for pve than pvp.

like this you got -15 less melee and ranged def and also not the other def. from fencer. but your buffs are quiet better and even faster - ok that doesn't really matter for pvp/pve but you save a lot of time. BUT! in pvp you can heal anytime fire, poision, disease... so no DOT pvper can ever hit with those so byebye to all pikemans. sure you can meditate that all away but not during the fight.

I was off for a few months due to some video problems and when I came back I decided to dump my MCH/TKA/Pistoleer template for this TKM/Doc/Fencer template. I'm not all the way there yet and was wondering if you miss the terrain negotiation?

Novice Scout/Artisan
This gives me +116 and +99 on ranged and melee defense. Still lets me buff really nice and rez dead players, plus allowing me the flexibility of harvesting the meat I need for doc (or resale) or surveying for the resources. This is geared obviously more to PvE. But I think it would be workable in PvP. The biggest thing you lose is the cure disease on other players I would think. You can eat havla to make up for the long buff timers.

would the melee and ranged deffence of stances and grips really be worth the points? Would haveing the branch even be noticable? or would it be better to go master doc?

I can't speak to the fencer part of your question, but I am TKM and doc 0440 and can say you don't need more doc for the buffs. I use my 110 med droid, +25 clothes,good biv, and excellent qual buffs which I buy. My buffs are only about 200 points lower than they were when I was a master doc. I can live without 200 points to free up 29 skill points.
