Sword. I'm a master TKA working towards master Heavy Sword. If not for meditate, huge defense, and the all out killing speed when I need it, I'd drop TKA and pick up another profession

depends on what you like, do you like to hit fast or hit hard? me and my friend dueled for fun today me a swordsman and him a TKA. he has reached 2nd teir in TKA and i just got inter sword finesse and inter techniques. i mind bleed him first hit and head hit2 for the rest of the fight and won (health was very low at the end). then he healed and we tried again. this time he spammed his TKA KD and i was toast. stayed on the ground the whole time and got whupped.

So it comes down to, do you want to hit fast and have a very intimadating KD move, or do you want to hit hard and know that without KD youll knock anyones block off.

Honestly, TKA (teras kasi artist) is way better then any swordsman.....i play on intrepid server and there is a guy by the name of Jelani Tidus and myself (drokonus sajin) that have owned swordsmans and 2 handed swordsmans as masters....WE WERE ONLY EXPERT TKA!!!! So swords are usless in pvp, but awesome in npc and animal battles.

HA! We TKA's are better at animals, we get the most resists added on plus HUGE damage and speed modifiers.

TKA/Doc combo is hard to beat, get those master doc lvl buffs plus all the extra defense and such from TKA its hard to beat

It seems to be with the new combat changes comming in TKA will be more dodge type, while swordsman will be more power.

Basically Swords has better offense, TKA has better defense.

Really depends on your playstyle which is better for you.

You will kill more people as a swordsman, you will be killed less as a TKA.

I'll add that because you can heal all your own wounds save mind and cure poison/disease, meditate is not as attractive as it is to most, though that doesn't make it bad (still have the instant incap recovery which should not be overlooked).

doc with any offensive prof will rock. What you should ask yourself is;

damage to the mind pool, with mind bleeds

or

damage to any pool, plus heal wounds/poison/disease, and have more defenses

just realized what i posted bout tka healing disease/poison/bleeds... doc can do that too.

so i suppose it's just

mind hits/bleeds

or

more defenses/damage any pool, no bleeds

im a tka and my friend is1 skill from masterswordsman kills people in 1 hit. and it is mind damage and a lot of people have that low
