Im sorry, but i am so dissapointed with this nerf. I am a Tk Student and have about 55k to go until novice. It was all coming along nicely, i was making a cople trips up to the tusken fort grtting 20-30k XP, and then bam! No more VKs. Now i know some of you dont think that anyone under TK should get to use the VKs, but when you see how much all ure Specials got bitched imagine the same scenario for TK students except doing max damage of 180. Anyway I think that in all honesty VK cert should be after achieving Unarmed 3... i think its very possible to get 21K XP without Vks, but to get 200k+ xp to get to Novice is brutal without VKs.

Anyway, i'm still going for TKA, but its gonna take alot longer now. i was originally going to master TKA, with maybe Novice rifleman, but the nerf has made TKA so unattractive that I think im going to go rifleman... just so i can enjoy hunting/ fighting etc. it sucks alot to not be able to fight to womprats without getting incapped.

I understand your dilemna but do you think its fair that a baby brawler should be able to use the same weapon as a Master TK? I don't think so. Maybe they will add more Knucklers so there is a better stepping stone in weapons.

i would be all for other weapons, but as it is now there arent any... a rifle specialist isnt complaining about not having a T21 because he has 8 other weapons to choose from. But when there is one weapon it should not be solely for an elite class. Once again im all for making other types of knucklers, but until these new knucklers are implemented ... Its unfair to deny unarmed players the ability to do damage... A level three rifle man can do 1000+ damage with mindshot, but a level four unarmed can do 300 if hes lucky.

I mean a expert rifle user in the marksman tree... not a rifleman who is on 3/3/3/3

I agree with Elanae. I was a TKA novice on Kettemoor with out Vk's for 100k on my way to student..Artisans at the time lacked the ability to create them.. You guys really don't know how good you had it. My 2 cents.

The marksman pistol skill level 3 get to use scout blaster which the power and speed pretty much similar to VK. Why can't unarm 3 people use it??? Since we are supposely to be "unarmed". Why not just get rid of VK and up our attack to equal level as if we have VK equiped??

ummmm no he cant, i am an expert rifleman with a laser rifle, and i do MAX 850dmg. that is like if i get the games version of a critical hit, and i am using mindshot. anything under TKA shouldnt be able to use VKs. i know it makes it hard, but you will appreciate them more when you get them. it doesnt matter anyhow, they arent worth using as a tka now, HAM costs are too hi with the new patch, you end up killing yourself

IMHO doesnt matter what they add I just logged in a did some experimenting. Even versus blues I am **edit** near incapping myself. All the work to reach TKA Master and now its wasted. VK are pointless now as well. TKA is broke and those of you who think its not are delusional.

I logged on today, healed some souls in the med facil... finally got up the nerve to run some missions... and died miserably at the first canoid lair when a blue spawned and added to the white I was trying to put down. Tried to control the situation with bare handed kd2... basically killed myself with ham loss before they could do half as much damage to me as I was doing to myself trying to knock them down so they wouldn't chew me to bits.

So depressed I logged back off after meditating my clone wounds away (forgot I wasn't cloned at Coronet anymore).

No, you just stated the problem... We did know we had it. I was doing 200-300 damage base hits... and now im lucky to do 90. I had it good and now i have **edit**. Its alot worse to have it awesome and then have it **edit**tty... then it is to grind out without VK but not being able to use them either. When u were grinding u didnt know what u were missing. Just cuz u had no VKs doesnt mean that we shouldnt either... that s BS. Im hungry and ranty... but the bottom line is that VKs should be available in the brawler tree.

Why dont you think so exactly? What makes you so special that this weapon is only for TKA? Why cant an unaermed specialistuse it. Whats with all the holier than thou attitude. All I know is that the game was alot more fun when i was actually able to do damage. Elanae i bet you were one of those kids in school who would always tell the teacher that she made a mistake on another kids paper by giving him/her an extra point. Tell me is that an accurate guess?
