Thread: Now that Nyms isnt an option and the grind gets even longer...Any new suggestions?
You could give Swamp Humbabas in the Agrilat Swamp on Corelliaa try. Not quite as good as nyms over the long run, but great when you can find them.
I've also heard, though not experienced personally, that you can still do the baz nitches if you're careful.
It's all a matter of getting properly buffed. Make the investment and get some Tat Sunburns. Mix one or two of those with Grey Gabki (spice) and you can use plenty of specials. If you can get buffed froma friendly master doctor, all the better.
Giant Baz Nitch are easy. I wasn't a TKA before the nerf patch but I'm a TKA now and I can take them. All you need is KD1 and Berserk and the rest is just strategy. Just lure one baz away at a time. To do this walk slowly up to the closest Baz and only that Baz will agro you. Run away far enough so when you attack the other Baz won't attack and you've won. Then just KD the baz and berserk and own him. Maybe it's because I'm a medic that this is easier but I can do it without healing, even when I just had intermediate balance.
Go to the narglash cave on naboo ( solo ) and start wacking everything in sight ....
not a lot of peeps go there and the unarmed exp for a 3 k mob is like 3000 unarmed and they go down pretty fast

A big place for me to grind XP is at fort Tusken. All you need is a decent size group that works together and you can roll out with about 200K XP in a few hours. Give it a try you won't be disapointed.

Would the baz's be easier for me to 'carefully' aggro since i also have master brawler? I.E. If I go to 16-17m and Lunge2 it and run off a lil bit, when it gets up will only it chase me or will his buddies chase me too?
I believe that as soon as you attack one of them, the others will usually aggro. I usually run up to one at 15m (making sure there are no others that close), let it aggro me, run away to about 50m from the lair, then kill the one that is chasing me. I usually use the same pull spot to kill them all, as it gives room for random spawns from the nest, and respawns if it takes you too long.
I have found that these missions are extremely difficult to actually complete solo, as they have a habit of respawning at just the right time ie when you are tapping the nest. The fact that they sometimes flock together does not help also. Even at 10k a mission, there are other quicker ways to earn money.
If you are doing it for just the xp, disregard what I said above. Single pulling them constantly will do the job. At least until knockdown timers. All bets are off at that point. I hope it is not the deathblow to all melee classes like i think it will be.
On that pulling aggro technique, be careful that the guy following you does not get within range for you to hit it back, while the others are still near. I love this technique, but sometime's a baz would get within 3 m of me before i lead it to my predesingated combat spot. When this happened if i was close enough for the other baz's to see, they would all join in the fight.
The solution is simple, as soon as it aggros you /peace and run, that way you wont hit back till you choose to. I usually just type /peace in my command bar and hit enter as soon as the music changes, works everytime.

What a fantastically uplifting thread. Nice to see something wholly and completely constructive for once.

And to all those doctors out there. Please buff mind first
At that point, you are un-touchable. Using no HAM at all, and sucking up 1000 damage hits wearing armor. I got a glimpse of the possibilities. They are good enough for me.
