Dizzy does decrease a targets armor by a small amount. You can test this by just attacking something with melee hit and checking your damage... then dizzy them and watch melee hit. You can also stack this with IAB. But Dizzy by itself is not a super stat effect. If you have only one to choose from I would take IAB any day over dizzy

It does increase the dmg you do by a small amount. It has been awhile but I think when I was initially testing out the skill it slowed them down a bit too. Need to look at that again tonight.

Seems like a worthless skill nowdays...all I use for states are KB, bleed and AB....

Bleed also does negligable dmg. Not sure if it slows thier regen down though... if it does then it is worth it.

Yah I would say anyhting that adds any amount of DOT to slow the regen is ok..granted it's not great but better than nothing unless you are a special spammer and need the extra action for some other special..

Dizzy makes about 20 points difference in damage, on unarmored NPCs, which means it is a complete waste for PvE and even more so for PvP.

The problem is that instead of doing the Bleed move, you could also have done something else, like a Head/Leg/Body-hit. The Bleed attack itself does next to no damage, nor do the bleed ticks. So it's more efficient to simply not use it at all.

And I agree with the rest here that Dizzy is useless in its current form. I tested it a while ago, and after I dizzied an opponent I did a whooping 3 points extra damage per Melee Hit.

If you are doing more dmg with it then without and there is hardly any action cost to it...can you explain to me how it isn't worth it? It means that I am ticking away more damage on my opponents and killing them faster then other folks not using dizzy or bleed.

Well that action would b better sue din another attack like melee hit and the damage will b immediate not something that will jsut add up say after 10 hits u get about 100 extra damage while a melee hit woudl have done 300 so there for it is better to use the melee hit it is the same thing with bleed.

Ya know this has inspired me to do some hard number tests tonight.

I will post my results as soon as I get them.

Cumulatively going by dizzy producing 20 extra points damage per hit, over 10 hits it would produce 200 points damage put thatwith the 100 or so it does, soabout 300 damage over 10 hits. Instead throw another headhit and you increase your damage by replacing this weaker move that has a marginal effect on damage output.

actually do anything WORTH using it for

i mean i took it off my toolbar due to the fact that i did not think the effect if any was noticable to the point i would rather use another special in its place
