can u please but capes into gaem ... but have it u know a sort of rare loot drop so not every one is running around in a giant black cape.

Why not have all the clothing schematics that we've been begging for be rare loot drops? Better yet get rid of tailors and make all clothing loot drops? BioDroid says dripping with sarcasm.

Why not have all the clothing schematics that we've been begging for be rare loot drops? Better yet get rid of tailors and make all clothing loot drops? BioDroid says dripping with sarcasm.

If the devs make black capesinto loot drops...whynot have clothes that everyone is already running around in, such as doctor's dresses, spec-ops and gunman's dusters, camo pants, etc.,loot drops as well?

Sorry, buddy, but it would do us tailors no good whatsoever...they would sell for outrageous prices (depending on rarity), which we wouldn't see a cent of, and tailors wouldn't benefit at all (except to get all the angry "why can't you make a cape for me?" tells,which would just make usvery unhappy

).

Out of curiosity, why did you post this in the Tailor forum?

It would help tailors if the schematic was a loot drop. Did anyone stop to think that is what the person was saying? Make it a loot drop schematic and tailors can charge good money for them.

If this is what Cowbuddy was referring to, it wouldn't be quite as bad. But, really, if we couldhave theseas a permanent schematic, would EVERYONE be running around in a cape? No more than a lot of other clothing items, I would think.

Would it really help? I am currently master tailor and master riflewoman, so yeah I could go out and loot me some schematics. But lots and lots of tailors have no fightings skills whatsoever, which would mean that the fighters loot the stuff, and sell it to the poor tailors for ridiculous prices. Seems to me that with looted schematics, tailors rarely come out as winners, really.

I know, what's next? Super Loot Components that only drop off high-level nightsisters? No wait, I have a better one, how about a 'crafting' dungeon with incredibly impossible mobs inside. It's a good thing SOE looks out for its crafting classes, otherwise we'd be screwed. Could you imagine if there were components that cost more for tailors to buy, than people were willing to pay for the finished product? Anarchy.

Who would they attempt to sell their loot clothing too?

/rant why does everyone seem to think I'm a freaking junk dealer??? And WHY would I buy something at the price I sell it??? Why would I buy damaged items???? WHY would I buy other tailors clothing??

exactly...there is no way i could go get myself a schem...and when people do give me schematics, they seem to think that a good deal is "ok i will give you this schem if you make me the item and then pay me 1k" or some crap like that...how bout they actually do something that will HELP tailors, and just give us schems for us to use. that way we dont need to rely on other players who are willing to charge outragous prices, complain when our prices are high, and think they are giving us the good end of the deal when they "only charge an extra 1k" when we really should be charging them and are giving them more than a deal with just the item they gave us the schem for...

ok maybe i just have a nich for finding the most impossible players, but i would much rather not have to buy the schem thanks...
