I'm pretty nervous too. I hope they at least took the feedback into consideration.

Well, I thought it was good news. From what I first saw it lists the item name, type, location, the distance, the entry fee of building, and NOT the prices. But then it was posted that you can double click to see prices and to buy remotely.

Aslong as people still need to go to my vendors to either buy or collect i dont mind, but if they skip that step i will feel really lonely and cut off tbh :/

I'm not happy about it, to be honest. But there doesn't seem to be much we can do. The game is shrinking, and the combat community is screaming for this feature.
I like that the listing cannot be sorted by price. I like that the access fee is included with the listing. I love that instant delivery was removed.
I guess we'll see what happens soon enough.

Well the details is that it is basically the original proposal except that 1) you have to go pick up the item and 2) you have to click on the item to see how much it costs. This entire thing has been a suprise to me!

I'm not happy about this from the point of view of a tailor. What always brought people to my shop was the large stock that I carried. There's no point to this now. When it comes to clothing, who cares about price? Now I have to compete with the tailors that charge 200 credits for master level items? People are just going to pick the cheapestitems that are close to where they're searching. Not to mention that some items are so common, there's going to be pages and pages and pages to scroll through.

I am not too worried about this. I think about how it will change my shopping. I still will go to the same chef, same weapon etc vendor as I did before since I know they are well stocked and I enjoy dealing with the owner of the vendor. Basically I will use galaxy wide for any rare and strange item that I do not know where to find. (and will find new vendors by doing the search)

I went to take a look on TC earlier and to be honest I can see good and bad sides to it. I don't think many casual shoppers will be happy to wade through page after page after page of item listings! The clothing catagories are not too bad but the general items and factory crates sections are still insane. With there being no way to sort by price I can see the vendor listing section only being used for the odd item you really want but cannot find, and customers will still end up going to their favourite crafter for the usual things they need and want.
