(New and Improved, man I wish I had an edit button and I could just edit the prior thread!)

This thread is to report and catalog any TECHNICAL bugs that have arisen regarding tailoring. This should not include such things that effect game balance or are hopes for added features (like the removal of durability or the want of more schematics). There will be a different thread for those.

Here is a current list of Major Technical Issues that still need to be addressed (#1 being highest priority):

1) Tailoring and Armor Smithing. There is an error when you interact with a public or private crafting station and you have mastered tailoring and have at least Novice Armor Smithing. The tool will report an error that no schematics exist. The Tool functions fine if away from the influence of a craft station.

2) Necklaces only are visible while either dropped on the ground or worn. This makes it impossible to craft or choose a style while within the game.

3) Miss-Assignment of Colors. Certain schematics do not assign colors correctly to items allowing for the majority of the item to remain unaffected by the customization. Schematics include:
Pocketed Shorts
Desert Crawlers
Sigiled Waist Wrap
Dress Uniform Jacket
Thin Pleated Skirt
Simple Waist Wrap
Luxurious Gown

4) Clothing Not Equipping with Backpacks. Certain articles of clothing other than bandolier will not equip with a Backpack on. This includes:
Grand Healers Robe
Grand Ball Gown
Luxurious Gown

5) Clothing Color Pallet Displaying White as only option for color 1 or 2 depending. This Includes:
Fighter Flight Suit
Heavy Flight Suit
Trader Flight Suit
Transport Flight Suit
Luxurious Gown
Pleated Dress
Light Bustier

6) Certain Items are erroneously placed on the sort, lumped into a 'miscellaneous’ category instead of having their own. This includes:
Long Gloves of all Types
Skirts of all Types
Gunman's Duster is not a Robe
Smocks are Not a Dress
Exotic Leotard is Not a Dress

7) Graphical Glitches. These items are glitches visual appearance in some way.
Immense Gemstone Necklace + Exotic Leotard / Flesh Wrap = Missing Chest area.
Low Cut Top has a dent in left side of exposed torso area.
Lekku Ys'rak and Twi'lek Noble's Crest display a white scalp patch on Males
Revealing Metal Bikini has a white blotch on the Left cup
The derrierShows through when wearing pullovers and very aparent and embarasingwhen bending over in a grand healers robe!
Back of Decoritive Dress shows legs when running around.
Rebel Marine Backpack does not show up when wearing with Gunman's Duster
Necklaces for the most part do not fit well around the neck and often float.

Belts and Bandoliersin general do not fit correctly around the waist, usually looking very bulky or floating inches away from the waist. They also expand to wear over the jacket where they should wear under the jacket or robe or fit snug instead of bulky.

8) Eronious Race Restrictions. The Grand Healers Robe will not wear with a Bothan or Rodian Female.

9) Cargo Pockets.Ones that are Crafted do not have any storage ability. Dropped Cargo Pockets can not be crafted with. Bandoliers crafted with cargo pockets do not have any storage.

10) Typos. Here is a list of various typos or text issues regarding tailor or clothing items.
"Fasionably Pleated Skirt" should be "Fashionably Pleated Skirt."
"Patterened" should be "Patterned" in the Patterened Slip Dress and Patterened Wookiee Gloves.

Please add to this if you come across more! (and I'm working on confirming the socketless item issue please list any more items you think do not create with sockets. Sofar the reported ones are light bustier, trade flight suit, tech pack, doctors dress)

*hugs*

Graphical Bug: Tech BackPacks...last time I wore this it gets all stretch out of shape when the character is swimming or sitting (with arms wrapped around the legs). Looks really bad I think this is why no one wears this backpack.

One I happened to notice lately:

7. Infiltrator Suit's color "bleeds through" the top part of High Quality Boots (but not on any other boot type I've tried.)

Also for 7 (mentioned this earlier, but it's not on the list): When Long Uniform Gloves are worn with an Infiltrator Suit, they layer *under*, not *over*, the suit, thus defeating the purpose of wearing them. (They do distort the forearms as if they're being worn, though.)

Vandessa, Stupid me has finally figured this one out. You know that on the Bazaar, if your article that you have on there hasn't sold for 7 days on instant, it is rejected. Then you can pick it up in Available or whatever it is called. On our vendors, the same applies. If an article of clothing hasn't sold in 7 days, it is chucked into the stockroom. Well, if you have a majorily stocked vendor and business as you know isn't what it used to be, there is a good chance that in time, quite a few articles are chucked into the stockroom.

Problem here is that I understand that is should be that way on the bazaar. You pay a flat fee to post there and after awhile it should be dropped. But on your vendors, you are getting stiffed for maintenance every day, every hour and minute. And you even have to pay maintence for everything that is in the stockroom. But if it is in the stockroom, it also cannot be sold to a potential buyer. This is not fair for the person selling on the vendor.

I think that the time based feature on vendors should be done away with because it serves no purpose other than aggravate us by having us put everything back on the vendor from the stockroom and there are garments in there that you have to put back daily usually.

Long gloves not wearable with any jackets. I.E. cannot wear Cold Weather Gloves with Cold Weather Jacket (or any other one for that matter).

Wookiee clothing needs to sort into its own catagory.

I may just be tired and missed it, but it seems the thermal boots are missing from the crafting tool, although the schematic shows in my datapad.

Mingis, the thermal boots only show up if you are near a private crafting station. They dont show up if you are near a public crafting station, i.e. one in a city. Dont know why this is, and as far as I know, it is the only item that does this.

The thermal bootsare the onlytailorschematic I recallto 'Require a private crafting station', due to their complexity rating (Over 25 I believe). I thought there was another, but can't find it.

Quite common in other crafting professions for high-end schematics to require a private station, in fact I think it odd that our master items do not.

Regarding the Tailoring/Armorsmithing bug - does not only happen to master tailor/novice armorsmith, but any combination of the two professions taking the number of schematics for the tool over a certain number, thought to be 256 (1 byte). For instance,a master armorsmith can grab about 2 trees worth of tailoring schematics before hitting the bug.

#9 is not a bug. They were never intended to be storage containers. That would be better suited for a wish list.
