Errrr, while I'll admit some pieces look similar - and some have similar names - not quite sure how anyone could confuse those.
That's either an inexperienced tailor - or perhaps one working on multiple orders and got them mixed up.

Thats what I meant by "Maybe they didn't know you could have two windows open at once."
There really isn't any excuse to screw up an order that is that simple and straight forward. Colors maybe but not just make the wrong article of clothing.

There really isn't much of an excuse for that. It's not like you typed a vague order and gave weird clothing names that don't exist. I always triple check my emailed orders...If you picked it up off her vendor, maybe she just mixed up the names on the packs?

Maybe she is stuck into a metal bikini/extremely revealing skirt rut. I know that I have made so many of them lately that I think it has been permanently worn into my crafting tools.

Ahhh, but in Noobese this translates to:
Pleated Dress -light blue = Extremely Revealing Dress
Revealing Bikini Top -teal = Make me several dozen Metal Bikinis and I don't care about the color
Tip for the new tailors out there:
Make a factory run of Military Backpacks. These make very cheap containers to put your customer's orders into. I label one of the bags with their name before I even start crafting their order and then as each piece is done, put it in the bag. This helps me seperate out the orders, seperate out the rejects (4 zero sockets in a row

She came and delivered it! Which was really nice. In fact when she handed me the skirt, I said, "Why did you give me this skirt?" She said I had ordered it. I didn't argue but then asked for a matching revealing bikini top but she still gave me a metal bikini top. Maybe she thought I was a noob and wouldn't know the difference. Again I didn't say anything and just paid for the outfits.

I was playing on another server... won't say which one or which tailor it was but this tailor did not make me the correct items I asked for.
I wanted a revealing and a metalbikini top, she made me 2 metal bikini tops.
I asked for the pleated dress and she made me the extremely revealing skirt... and another metal bikini top!
I wasn't angry and I didn't say anything but I did get a good laugh from it.
Howin the galaxy do you get arevealing skirt from a pleated dress?

Nice place you guys have here. Everyone is so nicely dressed. I think what you might have found is something we entertainers see quite often, a players who has Mastered the profession without any clue how to actually play it. Gotta love the grind.
Just my two credits.
Oh, and much respect to Akaara for paying for the items without making a scene about it. It shows a level of class notseen often enough. /bow3

I admit I would have had to look up teal, as its not one of the 'named' colours I use, but I think maybe they have an obsession with metal bikinis
Tiredness has caused me to get things like the Pleated Skirt and Fashionable Pleated Skirt muddled up before but I always double-check everything against the mail before I pop them onto my pick-up vendor. Its the main reason I beg people to send me a mail NOT /tells. I use the factory crated backpacks for orders too, I find it a lot easier to organise myself using them.

Maybe english isn't thier main language and they don't know you can have more than one window open at the same time.
Otherwise, I'd blame it on heavy drug usage.

Well, you all maybe a little bit more sympatic to the new tailors. It's not easy for the newMaster professionalsto handle all those schematics and other things. We where once all beginners in our profession! It takes time to get through to all and everyone should know that. Crafting isn't like shooting. For me it takes a long time to understand all those things, how they work and what they do and thats not all. Wehave more than only this singleprofession. Some Tailors are also doing other professions that takes alsoyour complete concentration. And in those facts it is most likley to missunderstood or don't know some things. So as I do, when I crafted my first Crafter's Aprones, I made one by one before I thought abouttomake schematics for the factory to get more then one Aprone out ofone schematic use. And again, thats not all a tailor has to handle.
We also have guild, group and other direct chats, that are disturbing us with additional tell's while crafting or while talking with another customer and nobody wants to wait for his answer. And this isn't only a problem by Tailors, it maybe an effect that comes with new people in every game and in every profession.Next time if you have problems with a player who is a Master in his profession,it would be more greatfull if you would try to help him/her to better understand the game.
Oh, and when there is a language problem, you should try to learn some german, russian, greek, frensh or what ever. It is even more fun to try to speak/typein the opponents language when you only know a few words. I met some nice spanish guys and talked to them some miss spelt spanish words, well they correct me, but I tried to learn and I tried to make a conversaition and thats what I miss sometimes. Most people only want to have their orders to be crafted and ran away after that and you'll never see or talk to them again. They could make an email order and pick it up later froma vendor, that would be the same. I love customers that arecontacting me with atell like"hello, my favorite tailor. I am in need of some clothes and hope you have time and could help me ...." insted of "hey, wondering if you could craft xyz... need it now ... what ? why should I wait? is there nolinecut? ... lol rofl 100k???... nevermind". Yupp, nevermind.
Now you have time to correct my miss spelt words and hold it.
Greetings,
Toma Hawk from Germany
