You have to ask in basic english (could be read letter by letter)

I do it sometimes too, they ask for hotpants, I make them a comfortable slacks and telling "yes, this is hot really"

The only thing I can think of is that little brother got hold of the account . 
There is no way that someone who is master would confuse those.
