Thread: **THE BIG LIST**

Hmmm...I am a female and I have no problem wearing a cloak over shirts, bustiers, and other tops. What is the big complaint---that you can't equip it over dresses? You can't over flightsilts either, and a few other full body items. Men go bare chested, women go bare chested. I play on Starsider and I have never seen a woman wear a cloak with nothing under it....in fact they don't seem very popular for women in general here. I wore one over a small bustier when I first made them. What was the question again??
The question is that some folks think the way that females can look bare-chested while wearing a cloak should be submitted as a bug, since those of us who stop and consider the Teen rating of this game doubt that the devs meant it to work that way. Other folks want to be able to leave their boobs hanging out if they want, and don't want it reported as a bug on the bug list. And apparently think that those of us who want the cloak thingreported are trying to force our personal opinions in asa bug. I say it's a bug. If you want to look naked that badly just spring for one of those skinsuits in the same color as your character's skin.
I think it should be reported and then let the devs figure it out. If there's any question about whether or not something is a bug, it should belisted as one and let them fix it or ignore it as they choose. At least that's what we were always told to do in beta.
Personally I don't care if it gets changed or not.If I see folks running around with that topless look, it's like meeting a person with a really stupid or offensive character name. That kind of behavior totally lacks class and automatically flags them as a person I want to avoid. Plus, I always think it's funny. They do it to make their character look all hot, but they all basically look like Star Wars Shirtless Barbie. The dancers wearing jackets and cloaks without shirts on are always the funniest, because when you move around too much with no shirt on the character's breasts kind of warp and look pretty strange. ![]()
The Transport and Traders Flightsuit has bugged colors also. Same problems as the other two flightsuits. white or white are your choices.
With the sockets on the traders: I have sockets in every other flightsuit I made so I have to think it's a bug with the traders.
My biggest complaint colorwise is lack of choice of colors on some higher end items. The gunman duster for instance. I'd love to make a very red or very blue one or even very green. But the colors are the muted/pastel/dark colors you pretty much get at the onset of becoming a tailor. A reason i think you see so many black ones, all the other colors except white are just blah. And that 2 strap bandolier (can't think of name) you can only make it in X shades of red/brown? A let down.
Just think of how many requests we'd get for making pimp suits! ![]()
So not only bringback more colors but make more colors available for more items. Perhaps not at first but once you reach say, master or master thatcertain branchyou get them?
So in summary.
• More colors (bring back colors)
• More colors available for more items as you go up the skill tree (dusters, bandoliers, maybe evencoloredbackpacks?)
I'm obsessed with the color thing, I'm sorry, I think I've posted it 5 times already
Put a fork in me, I'm done!
I am starting to wonder...after going to www.pgoh.org/swg/nivea I have to wonder if some of our palettes are just bugged. At that site, I saw a red I've never seen on my palatte...the flame red, as well as a palette I've never seen before. I've made about every single item there is to make..don't think I've missed one but I've never seen the palette that is just shades of brown, the one that is listed as palette #7.
Yes, I also want to add my voice to the wish for a more normal palette for all coats. Currently, the palette for cloaks, gunman dusters, spec-ops dusters...are very limited. Oh...and...the dress shoes for men...well, the palette is as bugged as the wookiee clothing. Some colors don't even have an effect...and we can't make white shoes or any other brilliant color. Some guys would like their shoes to match their outfits...especially performers. The palette is very limited.
Thank you so much for listening to us.

I think the problem with the men's dress shoes is that the base texture that the colors you pick go overtop of ..is just too dark and weird. Kind of like the Suit Jacket texture. It has too much influence over the finished product.
ps. what is up with the drive by one-starring of our whole tailor board? =D Some people are silly!

(And no, I didn't do that... just my way of looking at the bright side)

I've noticed two graphical bugs in the items called Modest Skirt and Formfitting Undershirt. The modest skirt changes to a default ivory/white color at a certain distance. It seems to differ in houses compared to outside as my display skirt is black and always appears as the ivory color. When I'm outside the distance I can view the color is greater, but it still flickers in an out from the color the skirt is supposed to be, and the white color.
I noticed an issue with the formfitting undershirt when I crafted one for a friend of mine, and her "bright red" top kept changing to white as I would view her char, while moving around inside my house. She said my shirt did the same thing - change from the created color of black, to a white color. However I never see this change myself in relation to my own char. Only another player seems to be able to view this bug.
Okay I poseted this on the other one but i think i should post here instead
The wookiee battle padding Claims to be able to have armor qualitys when made by a master talior.
so yeah
Wookiee Battle Padding - able to have Armor qualitys
Cagaar The armorless wookiee
I have no real life. CanI borrow somones?
I can't find my old post but I think I already mentioned this too..(sorry no edit button) Revealing Bikini has white blotch on side of one bosom...a graphics bug I'm sure.
arg...I need to make a list. So many things I think of only when I make them...and then I have to say "oh that's a bug..sorry" lol
OH how about the Exotic Leotard coming in all colors?? It makes NO sense that it only comes in newbie palette when its one of the most covetted MT items to make!!!! The pastels offered all look hideously dirty ![]()

I'm guessing it's either this poster or someone who agrees with him:

Has anyone else noticed that the leotards, no matter what color you choose, look white now? It just started doing this for me yesterday after the mornings patch...So not only does it have the terribly limited color choices, even if I pick black, it looks white!! I had others look at me just to make sure it wasn't a graphics issue on my machine, but everyone sees it as white ![]()
