Hooded Cloaks- 4k (same as regular cloaks)
slave skirt- single 10k
Quilted pants 6k
cammo pants 6k
On Chimaera I can't keep the skirts stocked on my vendor, I don't do factory crates in clothing, each thing is made individually and often with a top and boots/sandals to match it. I have one skirt on my vendor now, oddly enough its the ONLY skirt I've not made as part of a "set"
I'm not mass producing any of these items 
I do them if people ask if not.. I make one or two sets a day for my Ladies vendor. Cloaks, I have three black, three white and three of other random colors on each vendor (Ladies and Gentlemen)

As someone pointed out on the Merchant forums (and I noticed on Lowca), since publish 11 radioactive power that has a PE of more than 500 has become very scarce. They have shuffled around the different types of power to make power for starships and this has been a side effect. This is going to make the power needed to run factories a lot more expensive for many of us and the power for mining materials should also go up in price. I expect that there is going to be some inflation in the near future, so make sure you are still making money!
Edit: Today's patch seems to have fixed things and radioactives are spawning again.

Maybe, but 3D, how often did you see them on the bazaar before tailors could make them? And they were usually in random ugly colors. Now tailors can make them and they require up to 200 units of metal i think, three different types of components,hide and chemical and Tailors can make them in the color of your choice! SO yes they are worth up to 15k! Try becoming a tailor yourself and you would understand.

My standard rate is 20cpu. That brings the skirt to 7600. I am charging 10k for the hooded cloaks until the craze dies down a bit - then they will go down to the standard 20cpu, since the winged hawtpants use so many resources - and i couldnt bring myself to charge an outrageous amount for them - i put them at 10cpu. Everything else is at the 20cpu rate (inc the Ithy clothes).
