Thread: New Tailor Schematics Wish List
Hats hats hats hats hats hats hats hats hats. I don't like the hats they got now. What am I a rice farmer? Sunguard is out. I know I spend alot of time on Tatooine but come on with the large turban. (large headwrap) The warm hat looks like someone took a sword to a party hat and wrapped some woll arround the base and the decorative... What is THAT thing supposed to be?
Mennace...
Anyone who makes it in a color other than the brightest red they have should be taken out back and shot. It's sacrilege. The Shriners will be coming for you...
Heck, I'd be happy if you could just type in a hexidecimal value for color selection. So a person could gaurentee color matching on different items.
I guess it would probably also help if the items worn by players also gave the hex value of the colors when examined as well.
Justa thought
MagicFlight wrote:These are some great ideas although I think they should be low on the priority totem pole right now for the devs. But one thing truly disturbs me. Some of these items listed have NO place in the Star Wars Universe. Biker Jackets? Cowboy Hats? I think the outfits we wear in the game is one of the most important things towards letting people immerse themselves in the Star Wars Universe. I have been very pleased with the outfits in the game thus far. They are straight out of the movies and you really feel like you are immersed. Thankfully, I have great faith that the designers won't allow clothes into the game unless they pass the "Star Warsy Fashion Test."

I see your point, but on the other hand, I thought that tailors were supposed to drive the fashion trends in this game. We shouldn't be limited to just the looks that are in the movies (although I think we should have *all* of the the clothes in the movies available to us). The universes in Galaxies stem from the one shown in the movies, but the players can (and have) taken it in very different directions. Besides, who is to say that someone doesn't end up inventing the cowboy hat in this version of Starwars?
Halloween isn't very star wars-y
Neither is July 4th, but they incorporated it into the game
Oh no! Life Day is right around the corner! *runs screaming*
