As a male dancer who loves to wear pink skirts, I can assure all of you that there are dancers out there who would love to see all clothing be allowed on all players.

As for what sorts of clothing we could give male dancers, well I've always wanted to see one of those long loincloths that extends down to the floor. Also, I definitely agree with whoever said thighboots, though I'd also like to see simply thigh-high stockings. Finally, I'd like to see a version of short shorts that looks like jeans, instead of skin-tight cloth.

I've done a lot of dancing in my life time (ballet, jazz and modern dance)and the sexiest male dancers I've danced with wore simple things...leotard, tights (with open feet), warm-ups and a vest. Sometimes wrist and head bands from terricloth...so...

Leotards - cloth, utilizing the full palette

Tights (inflitrator pants are similar, but they don't quite make it...the lack of a waistband is...well, ugly) - open toed, this does not mean no foot. - cloth so they use the full palette

Wrist bands - cloth, so they woulduse the full palette

Head bands - cloth, so they would use the full palette

warm-ups - cloth, so they would use the full palette

I think these would be usable by females as well. Dancers need clothing that breathes and moves with the body. The open shirt idea is a great idea, btw...it can replace the leotard, or be worn over the leotard. We don't have nearly the options for mixing and matching as we might have. When did a dress fall off you because you put on a jacket? When did a pair of pants drop to the floor because you wore a short dress over them?

We need some nicer hats. SERIOUSLY...need better hats. I know we have a genre to stay within, but the decorative headdress just does not cut it. Veils for humans and most other races, would have been used by both males and females....why do we not have them? We need veils for faces as well as heads, btw. I just find it odd that we don't have anything that would hide an identity. Wide brimmed hats and narrowed brimmed...caps and skull caps with interesting designs. I could easily see a mon cal wearing a skull cap, or something other than a diaper on their heads...anything is better than that.

I agree with UrthDhor we need WOOKIEE clothing. Ever try to dress a wookiee to perform? Or to even closely match other races as far as their clothing is concerned? I mean...we can't even approximate color on most of them...and just forget trying to decorate their fur for entertaining. Belts and bandoliers don't even fit the bodies...and half the time the backpacks are embedded in a wookiee's back so far you can hardly see it.

I further agree we need a better selection of shoes and sandals.

We need bloomin' necklaces fixed so we can at least see what we're making.

We need body jewelry for males of ALL races, including Wookiees. We need earrings and armbands.

*takes a breath*

Ok...that's it for me...*blushes* Guess I got a little bit on the bandwagon here and didn't intend to.

I'm a male Master Dancer and I think all these are great ideas.

I'd like to throw in hiking boots. All the current boots go up almost to the knees. They don't look good with pocketed shorts like hikers would.

Crew socks!

And let tailors make real red boots. Why in the Galaxy do I have to go to an armorsmith to get real red boots?! And of course they are padded armor boots with those big snaps on the side.

Doh! I didn't mean crew socks, I meant quarter socks.

And to qualify all the above - give tailors better pallettes and patterns on all that exists and will exist!

I remember thinking about this about 4 months back, in my last city. There were a couple of male dancers there who wanted something special.

So, (as I was pretty low on the tree at the time), bio-engineered black with dark red detail (they were goths, or this makes less sense);

Large Pocket Pants

Reinforced Work Shirt

Swoop Helm

Some boots or or other

Link steel gloves.

They were insanely happy to be dancing and dressed in what they regarded asa more "masucline" dancer (whatever that phrase means)

Female dancers seemed less impressed with this kind of rethink of dancer attire - one of them told me that while she thought it looked great, it'd cut her tipd in half to not be bearing as much flash as possible.

Anything that does not making addition to more flesh fest of cantinas.

Men body is not something looking esthetic compared to woman and disguasting at some point to other men.

You ladies, may not get the idea of these words, but from our eyes, looking to another mans revealed body is just like you looking to your cellulites in mirror. I hope that gives the feeling
