The simple trick to this is to learn all four concurrently.. always have four on the go at once. You cant learn the same apron-type schematic concurrently (ie: two medic aprons), it wont let you, so simply learn the first, second, third and fourth and you will have access to all four schematics whenever you want them. The schematic randomly turns into whatever is left available.
This way Ive managed to churn out medic aprons pretty much at will, while the architect and tailor (clearly!) dont seem to shift at all and the chef ones move steadily.. but nothing like the medic ones, obviously.
Hehe sorry man but it doesn't work that way.

All I can say is that I must be the luckiest son of a **edit** tailor working then... i all seriousness I have not made this up in any way shape or form... i have had at least a dozen consecutive medic aprons then and have always picked the right one next... funny!
Off to buy my lottery tickets.. think its a rollover!

I finally (after, what, three months now?) got a Tailor apron schematic so I can make one to add to my cool items display. What could possibly say Master Tailor better than a self-crafted Tailor Crafting Apron?
Otherwise...yeah, they don't have too many practical applications.
