Heh, I know this is going to sound like a n00b question, but does socketed clothing work? Where can I get some Armor Experimentation skill enhancers to go into the socketed clothing I have?

They do work you need to get the "roll of tape" looking skill enhancers which - to my knowledge I think are only loot drops off NPC's.

There were some items that were bugged and never got sockets. Light bustier, doctors dress, and I think luxurious dress, which have been fixed now.

I wouldn't doubt if there's still bugged clothes that refuse to be socketed.

Hello Fellow Tailors,

I searched the forums, but still have a question. How do you KNOW a piece of clothing is socketed? I have many requests for socketed clothing, but have no clue about it. Please help me!

All crafted pieces of clothing with yellow names have sockets. Examine the clothes to see the number of sockets.

Ok, that's what I thought. Now, another, maybe trickier question. Is there anyway in the crafting process to insure that these items become socketed?

Nope, it's totally random.

It seems to be a case of the higher your tailoring skill especially your experimentation skill, the better the chance is of getting sockets on a crafted item.

Bandolier

Belt

Chef Apron

Chef Hat

for some ungodly reason a tremendouse amount of bandos and belts get no sockets and neither to the chef items....wth is going on? Was it always this way? I finally made a Bando and Belt with sockets....sheesh but what gives on the other...

Ammo Bandolier, Utility Belt and Grand Ball Gown cannot be made with sockets. I'm sure there is another belt too and when my pc lets me log back onto SWG I'll try to find out which it is.

Simple Belts also so not get sockets, according to the thread "Any bugs not listed here?"
