Just a curious question, those who have lost material and what not due to this new bug will stuff made show the stats when its fixed or get some type of compensation for there profession being broke due to trying to fix another profession?
I don't know hun. I'd suggest making an ingame ticket, explaining what tissues or other resources you used up and hope that a CSR will replace them.
I actually made a ticket immediately after I lost an entire crate of tissue in my factory. I hadn't read the forums yet at that point, so I didn't know it was a known bug. I explained in extensive detail what had happened, which is precisely what has happened to everyone else here. The response I was given : "Sorry, Customer Service can not help you with this issue. Have a nice day."
I don't think we're going to be compensated in any way. Just gonna have to chalk it up as a loss and move on methinks.

This bug was introduced in Publish 18, and yes it's still here. (The fact that this thread is stickied is a clue.) Do not make BE clothing, SC, or RFP, you will only waste your tissues.

Still no movement forward on this issue? If the Riflemen of this game couldnt equip a weapon, Im sure there would have been a fix for that already. I likenthis to being a profession breaker like that would be. This is ridiculous.

Using the Dev Tracker, it seems that the devs are aware of the issue and are "working on it."
At least they acknowledge its borked!

Is this a recent bug?
Ive been making lots of BE clothes, and the mod is written on the item. However, just spent a couple of mills on more BE tissue, and are about to make them into re.fiberpanels...
So, its recommended I dont do it yet?
I accidantely deleted my vendor with all the stuff on, so if the tissue isnt working correctly, Im temporarily out of buisiness.. ?
Do not attempt to make BE modded clothes or even BE modded reinforced fiberpanels or synthcloth, you will just waste it all. You can still make normal clothing ( but don't make it in a factory.......)

I can't believe this issue hasn't been fixed yet. Luckily i do read the boards quite often - however i feel sorry for the many that don't and aren't aware of this bug. I've got orders stockpiled for BE Clothes but can't do a thing about any of em
I really hope they fix this with Pub19 if not sooner.

Ugh.
_and_ the color palettes are still broken, too. And yay for havingmost candles disappearing as well.
I'm just too frustrated right now.
I thought the point of "updating" a game is fixing it, not breaking it. Being a crafter on SWG is really turning slowly into hell.

So how new is this problem? Will BE clothing work that was made before XX/XX/XX(if anyone knows the exact date that this stopped working i would appreciate your post) date if you are to put something in the socket now?

BE clothing that is already made still works. (Well, except for the ones that never worked in the first place.
