I like this list too, but I would make one major change and that is to move the Wookie color fix all the way to the top of the list. My reason being, is that there are so many wookie players (at least on my server) that I'm unable to help properly. In all actuality I chose to become a tailor because I really got into making my own clothing as an artisan. Very gratifying. But as time progressed I also found it very rewarding when I was able to create exactly what a player wanted when they asked for it. With wookies they are somewhat screwed. I can make the item 9 times at of ten, but 8 of those 9 times the color never works out the way it's supposed to, disappointing both them and me. I also think that this would be one of their easier fixes, infact if for no other reason, it should be easier because we aren't asking them to make a major change to our profession, just asking them to fix a bug that shouldn't be there to begin with.

Good list... For the most part I aggree (Although with theitem delete database issue, decay could have some funny effects if they didn't get that completely fixed...) if you're suck with 5 I'd swap wookie colors and the categories (Ya, it's annoying, but it's not a flat out bug like the wookie color thing) and keep the rest. Decay based on online time works (At the very least not total time, going on vacation then coming back and logging on naked could bea bit of a suprise ) The BE components thing is really a BE issue (because it's their schematics not working in factories that's the real problem) but I can't see any reason that being able to mass produce BE components would be an issue. The house lighting thing would be nice, but the Tatooinian house lighting, although a bit yellow, isn't much of an issue, so I havn't had any direct problems with it.Beyond that it's all good, (As long as all of the topics are eventually covered... Especially the 'invisible neckless' issue. I still wear them, I just can't see them in my inventory.)

Yeah, as far as I can tell Wookie Colors aren't random (which would make it a high priority issue) they are simply labeled wrong with the wrong colored square. You can still find the colors you want, you just need to watch the item and not the color boxes, it's a very easy to work around issue.

Now, the bazaar changes. If all I want is a new shirt, I have to page through hundreds of items hoping someone named it 'shirt' to find one. That's a big issue, I acutally stopped browsing the bazaar because it was such a pain.

That's what I mean. The preview comes out different then the color box. Not a debilitating bug, but a bug none the less. You're right, the bazzar thing does hurt selling, but in and of itself isn't a bug.

(Just a personal bias on my part, remove unplanned 'features' before you add more plain ol' features that potentially will have new unplanned features. (For the not-so-programming-astute people, unplanned features, A.K.A. bugs, are inevitable when writing software, and bugs can interfere with the detection of other bugs. So I find it easiest to remove known bugs so I don't loose track of 'em before I add a feature that will likely introduce new bugs.) All the issues are important, I just see the priority slightly different.)

Well, at least you seem to be able to go back, read and regurigitate the posts of people that have actually been involved in the community and tried to work towards fixing tailor problems for the past few weeks. That's a good sign at least. Here area few things that you might want to add to the list, seeing as how youmay not haveencountered them during your exhaustive playtesting of formal wear I and II.

Bugs in BE enhanced clothes:

BE compnents only work in certain items: The medical ones work in Synth panels and the combat related ones work in RF panels. However, they can't be put in factory created panels. This means that the combat related skill adds are restricted to bandoliers and a couple of different types of shirts.

Also, if you use a synthetic panel that is BE enhanced in a schematic with multiple panels, like striped slacks, and the other panels are not BE enhanced, then the skill mod is not visible in the description. It appears to still actually be there once you equip the item, however.

Also, the skill enhancing clothes themselves are bugged. When you equip them the first time, you get the bonus, but when you log out and back in,you are reverted to your base ability score, but the item bonus is counted as part of the base. So, if you remove the items, your skills actually go DOWN by the amount of the bonus.

The only fix for this seems to be removing all your equipment and relogging.

Also, the +business BE comp is kind of useless since business acumen doesn't appear to be an actual skill.

Sockets unexplained and non-working skill adds:

Besides the fact that there is no documentation for sockets anywhere, and you have to explain to people what sockets are ten times a day, there are skill adds that actually seem to have no effect on gameplay, like the + 2 to creatures.

Yeah, no problems =D Thats why I made this thread. So we can all decide what is most important, or what we would like to see fixed first.

I am TRYING to keep my personal opinions out of it heheh.. but its hard so you have to cut me a little slack =p

the current list you have is very good, plz dont change it...wookie color palette is buggedbut the coloreditem that you see in the screen is the color you get...you can still choose your color, its just takes alittle longer to find the color...but the palette should defintely be addressed next time as it seems to be less and less avaibalbe colors on the higher tiered wookie items

I'm not sure what your huge problem with me is. I can assure you that I have been "around" for a very VERY long time, and I may not be a master tailor, but I still deal with most of the same issues that you do. I DO have a factory. I HAVE had most of the tailor skills. I am not sure which experiences I am missing that you feel that a correspondent needs to have.

I have not been a major poster here on these boards for the last month because I find that they are filled with too much negativity. They are getting better though, so I am back.

I'm sorry that you are upset at the devs choice. But the sniping and vicious comments WILL stop here. By cutting me down, you only undermine yourself and the issues that you would like to see fixed.

this bug is a factory related bug on the bio-engineer side, not the tailor side...currently there is no factory that will accept a BE schematic.

"Also, if you use a synthetic panel that is BE enhanced in a schematic with multiple panels, like striped slacks, and the other panels are not BE enhanced, then the skill mod is not visible in the description. It appears to still actually be there once you equip the item, however."

not sure about this, but i do know that items that used BE enhanced cloth and BE enhanced rf panels do not have both effects added to the item.

"Also, the skill enhancing clothes themselves are bugged. this is a very annoying bug that i've noticed...my suggestion to ppl is to take off their clothes before logging out.

"Also, the +business BE comp is kind of useless since business acumen doesn't appear to be an actual skill"

i think this is more of a bio-engineer problem and not a tailor problem since bio-engineers havethis useless item they can craft, not the tailors

"Sockets unexplained and non-working skill adds:

someone should mention the uselessness of non-existent skills to the devs, but i don't think tailors should be the ones to mention them

oops, i reread this and my reply to this isn't correct...i should have said...

not being able to add be comps to factory created panels isn't a bug and since combat related skill bonuses should apply to field wear items, i don't think not having them in formal and casual wear lines as being inappropriate

I think I would list the color problems as one group with subsets.

3. Coloring Issues

3a. Missing +55 colors

3b. Broken Wookiee color selection

3c. Inconsistent color palettes (two-strap bandalier, field wear III, being the most glaring example. It is limited to range of pink, salmon, and terra cota) Instead of having different color palettes (cloaks and accessories, leather, and regular clothing) having one color palette.

10) Belts and bandoliers not scaling to small characters

I word reword that to "Belts and bandoliers not scaling correctly to characters, especially when wearing jackets.".

My character is by no means small, and yet a belt on him looks like a planetary ring orbiting his body. In fact, because he is extremely tall, I would venture to say that the issue with belts scaling incorrectly on his body is probably much more obvious than on small characters. At the same time I have bandoliers that clip into my body, and bandoliers that look like they could fit two of me inside of them.

For that matter, I'm sure we've all seen a lot of clothing issues where a shirt will clip through the jacket it's under, but just getting them to fix belts and bandoliers would be welcome enough.

Just changing the wording a bit, but I don't want the developers to think this bug is specific to just small characters when it's not by any stretch (no pun intended).

Also, is there any particular reason why most of the interesting gloves can't be worn at the same time as a jacket?

Um, why not? They're drops, not crafted items. The only class that has anything directly to do with them, beyond using them, is us, since we're the ones that make the socketed items.
