Tailor Archive
Thread: What other profession do you have besides Tailor?
Tailor: 0/4/1/0
Weaponsmith: 0/1/0/2
Merchant: 0/0/0/0
Marksman: 0/4/0/4
Pistoleer: 0/0/0/0
Scout: 4/0/1/0
Medic: 1/0/4/4
I was Master Medic, but have been giving it up as I need the points. I might also give up weaponsmith to put more points into pistoleer. Weaponsmith is an enormous amount of grinding, with almost no hope of making anything useful until Master. Tailoring is pretty satisfying.
I had to make a tough choice the other day, but my intolerance for color-blind vendors finally won out over my love of my superkitty. Finaly surrendered all my CH (/mourn Cranky the Sludge Panther) and started working towards dressing those fashion challenged vendors after I spent a half hour trying to get one who didn't look like she shopped at Goodwill. I gave up and put a 9' Ithorian in my formalwear shop - the customers get a real kick out of him once they get over the initial shock.
Novice rifle is next on the chopping block, and I'm seriously questioning hanging on to hunting IV since the bonus doesn't seem to make much difference since the harvesting changes.
im not there yet but im working toward master smuggler and master tailor. an odd combo that i think noone else is doing.
bobb efovi
Uhh... lets see... Novice Scout with 1 thing leveled up.
Oh and I can use DL44s I think... wait no I dropped that.
ROFL. I'm such a pathetic fish.
think ill be the only master tailor (when cba to grind casual/formal) whos also master sharpshooter (3 boxes on concealment to go)
the high mind pool for crafting masks a great combination for rifleman
be warned to be combat class and a mastertailor - u need to slowly transfer skills between scout/medic and then replace with the other tailor lines
i enjoy the tailoring - but theres not exactly much competition in the male clothes and especially camos from other tailors on eclipse as most seem to be girl tailors ![]()
inndo jagged - eclipse
Well, I guess my skills look like this:
Master Tailor, Master Artisan, Novice Architect (Furniture I, Installations III, Buildings I),Apprentice Sharpshooter, Pistol II, Ranged Support III, Exploration III, Hunting I
I should have just enough skill points to get Installations IV, Exploration IV and Novice Rifleman if I've done my numbers right.
MASTER TAILOR (Almost there - just 1 box away...WOOT!)
Artisan: 3/4/3/0
NOVICE CREATURE HANDLER: 1/1/0/0
Scout: 4/0/4/0
Medic: 2/0/0/4
Marksman: 0/3/0/1
*Will be getting into BE and going up the Tissue Line tier...
Hmm... What am I?
By the time you read this this list will have changed. ![]()
Tailor: 1/2/3/2
Artisan: 4/4/4/4/1
Marksman: 0/4/0/3
Medic: 3/2/3/4
Scout: 2/0/3/0
I used to have Entertainer 0/3/0/4 and Merchant 1/0/1/0, but I've dropped those in favor of other skills. I earn/drop skills regularly (I had dropped explorer 2, but got it back a while ago...)
- Master Artisan
- Master Armorsmith
- Master Tailor
- Marksmanship 0/4/0/3
- Novice Merchant
- Master Artisan (dropped once but have it back)
- Master Tailor (will never get rid of this)
- Headed to Master Architect (i'm all about the pink barbie house and decorating) 2 squares left
- Master Merchant (retired master, dropped add 4, efficiency line, kept hiring to make beautiful vendors)
Zakker, Ahazi
Shadow Gypsies
Master Tailor, soon-to-be Master Merchant (if the MXP flow would work) and the rest skillpoints on Pistoleer.
My initial wish template was Master Tailor, Master Dancer, 66% Merchant and the rest on few marksman skills for self-defense. Not enough total skillpoints.
