I haven't done Guild uniforms for my own guild (we're all wookiees ), but I have done orders for a guild of Stormtroopers. I did a set of 50 out-of-armor uniforms for them at first (white heavy flightsuit, uniform boots, leather gloves), then a few weeks later, they ordered 50 more of the same, and I just finished an order for them of 30 "dress" uniforms (black suit jacket, black dress slacks, uniform boots, workmans' gloves).

I also did a smaller more varied order of clothes for another guild, but that wasn't really uniforms, as no more than 4-5 pieces were alike.
