Thread: Has anyone used BE components in Tailoring items?

I have a bio/tailor
Many of the bio things are bugged in one way or another.
I thought the supplements were bugged - the problem is, as a bio - the first additives you get are for reinforced panels - not synth cloth - and synth cloth comes WAY before reinforced in the tailoring tree.
About to get tissue 3 - but here is what up to tissue 2 does.
Reinforced Panels
Scent Camo - Scout + cammoflauge skill
Confidence Cloth - Brawler - +intimidate + warcry
Constrictor Cloth - + Bleed Resistance
Visual Cammo - + take cover + cover
Synth Cloth
Myoflex - + Entertainers music and dancing wound heal bonus
Passive BioSensors - Medic +medicial use + wound healing + injury healing
There are 2 more in Tissue 2 I may never know what they do - cause they take the elusive milk product to produce.
What's bad is that these only work on one or the other, which greatly limits a customers style choices if they want bonuses. I'm afraid I'm really not seeing the necessity of this limitation. Wookies are hit especially hard since most are brawlers - course - if you have a dancing or medic wookie - I can fix ya right up.
Nother bug - I've run across a few pieces of clothing already where the bonuses don't 'take' from the cloth.
Working with an armorsmith on Chitin - I've yet to find any that 'take' on the armor.
Even on cloth - with the bonuses showing - logout, they disappear from your character stats. Only workaround for this one is to remember to unequip the item BEFORE logging out - log back in, equip item. They do show back up at that point, but that's a real PITA.
Debating whether to go tissue 3 next or take another experimentation box. Can't tell of course from looking at the descriptions but I THINK this is all bio's get - probably just better, stronger versions of it. If the next tier takes eggs - I'm gonna have to drive to Austin and hurt somebody.
Oh - and bio stuff isn't recognized by factories. WONDERFUL! At this point - anything requiring identical panels in tailoring is out the window bonus wise till that little jewel gets corrected.
