Ok I have to ask... How do you change the colors of the thin pleated skirt? The only thing I manage to change is the buckle of the belt and the front fo the shirt

Form fitting undershirt looks great under the dress uniform jacket.

I still like

Camo pants...anything but green and brown

formfitting undershirt

decorative vest

uniform boots

and long leather gloves.

My outfit of choice is:

Decorative jacket and dress slippers. The jacket makes a nice mini-skirt.

lets see...last few days i've been wearing:

Black and white short vest
Striped Slacks - Black with white stripe
White Trim Lined Shirt
Dress Shoes

other outfits I like alot:

Exquisite Gown (I think thats the one, the one with 2 colors not the ugly A$$ prom dress looking 1 shoulder one) with long uniform gloves to match the shoulders.

Tactical skinsuit with a short vest to match the coloring

Tactical skinsuit black/red with a black/red Ys'Rak to match (for the twileks out there)

And i pretty much dig the transport (i think thats the one, the one that doesnt look like a honky tonk 1piece) flightsuit.

I switch outfits about 6 times per session, at least. I dress by mood, and customers affect my mood alot. Sometimes positively, sometimes not. Anywhere, here are my favorite outfits:

  • Fighter Flightsuit, especially in the new bright blue or red, with a matching black/blue or black/red short vest. Black Uniform Boots, Black Link-Steel gloves.

  • Same as above, but with Tactical Skinsuit, mainly black, secondary color red.

  • Black and white Paramilitary Camos (I call them Urban Combat style, and they sell quick), black and grey flex-form shirt, black thermal boots, black link-steel gloves, optional short vest or duster.

  • Red and black Robe of Honor. This thing looks sweet, and gets lots of attention.

  • Comfortable slacks and a bright colored formal shirt.

Off-White Sun hat

On my old character on Starsider, Peeyo Niba.

He knew he was as good as gone, but gone was somewhere he really didn't mind going to.
Since his shuttle had crashed, many years had passed, and the pictures of his loved ones that he drew on the walls of the cave
had finally faded.
He put out his smoke, proceeded towards the lake, repeating to himself,
everything beautiful is far away.

For my female tailor :

Emerald Green Bustier (mandatory white trim)

Emerald Green Pleated Skirt (with with trim)

Emerald Green Long Uniform Gloves

(add Emerald Green Lekku Wrap for the Twi'lek ladies)

This outfit (other colors work well too) imho looks way better than most of the dresses and robes tailors can make.

What I call my "pirate" outfit :

Bright Red Headwrap (the DA one, not the large headwrap)

Bright Red Lined Shorts

White Trim Lined Shirt

Black High Quality (or uniform) Boots

It looks really awesome.

The deco vest and modest skirt are the official d00dwear by me. There's still some demand for dusters and such, but I've had more requests for the deco and modest than smocks and dusters put together. I'm wondering do the DJ's wear different skirts? It seems the skirt used varies by server. I did my first set from a screenie taken in beta, and in that shot the NPC was in a modest, but I've seen others mention the 2 tone and pleated being used.

I've also had some pirates like the one listed above (popular with rodian's for some reason). I add a large pendant and long leather gloves to it, with more color in the shirt and less in the shorts so I can match the gloves and boots.

Another is the USMC Dress Blues - black suit jacket, blue thin stripes with red, dress shoes and white link steel gloves and small pocket belt. And they all yell that they can't get their hat to go with it.

My most popular by far, though, are black/white camos, black muscle shirt, and black/grey thermals to match the grey in the camos. Or, short wrap and revealing shirt with matching dress shoes and long uniform gloves.

Interesting side note, I found out the short wrap is unisex, and a friend ordered one to wear as a "kilt" when I told him. I'm waiting to see if he sets a new trend.

Wow, I thought I was the only one that had discovered this! Its what I call a pirate outfit too. Try the standard boot with this. It has a folded cuff at the calf of the boot...and its looks great. For females I put a low cut top with the pants...looks very cool. If you know a weaponsmith...have them make a curved bladed sword and you complete the pirate look. aaaargh matey

ROFL sorry...its early.

I don't know what it is but when i wore by white and grey councilman's robe, suddenly my sales started picking up again. My most favorite now is a white rugged jacket with black accents and white ribbed pants with black accents. Too bad I can't wear a black and white swoop helm to finish it off. I'd look like a biker or something. LOL

This isn't particularly creative, but it IS effective:

-Black tactical skinsuit with white stripes
-Black and White Twi'Lex Ysrak
-Black Thermal boots with White toes.

It's pretty showy and far-out. Kinda "Voodoo Queen"-esque

I'm also a big fan of a White Cloak with a White Bikini ensemble (hot pants/bustier) and White Uniform boots. It sounds kinda odd, but on girls, the cloak looks kinda like a big fur coat and the whole thing looks pretty slick

Also, a nice medic outfit:

-White Decorated vest with red scarf
-White pants with red stripes (alternatively a red & white skirt of your choice)
-White boots (no red ones, *sigh*)
-White Swoop Helm

Now if only the BE components worked, we could add some Medic cloth and this outfit could rock about +30 medical skills!

Very simple to make, but a cream colored infil suit, matching 2 pocket belt and hide boots on a female human = Padme's outfit in E2 in the arena. Not sure if I am original on this one, but I made one for a close friend in game and she loves it and gets TONS of compliments on it.

Hehe, (love the infil suit) this was suggested by a fruity zabrak friend, she wanted as close to her skin tone as possible in the infil suit... then she goes to the cantina and racks in the tips cuz she looks nekkid!

I tried the suggestion of the deco vest and two toned skirt and loved it! made it with the white vest with the blue flap things and the two tone with the main color white with the blue under - coupled with black uni boots and long leather gloves = Demented Alice in Wonderland
