Lets see. Ah yes, there is the "thin striped pants" schematic, that's unlmited uses, then there is the "high quality boots", also unlimited uses, and the "formfitting undershirt", yep, also unlimited use. Need any more?

Is it possible that there was atypo in the original post (almost certainly), and it should have really read as follows:

That sounds like a more reasonable question to me (though it belongs in the relevant galaxy trade forum of course). That answer should be either 1000 items per schematic (or some factor of 1000 if it takes subcomponents - not a tailor, so I don't really know).
