My rough guess would be that he's asking for how many uses the schematics for crafting aprons, lightweight military travel pack, exotic dancers leotard and so on have, which would be: three.

Ok if you are talking about schematics that you get from quest or from awards given by SOE say for example the Tatooine Tapestry is a one time use and you are unable to create any more, check out this following site and it may help you with what your looking for

This is mostly amusing combined with the "looking for a nice person...." for the topic. Almost sounds like it has the subtitle "... because i am not!", which saves me the comment "If you find some, let me know..."
