My personal take on the situation is thus, ignore her (and I do mean put her on your ignore list), ignore the article of clothing on the vendor (and don't buy it from her, hopefully that thing will sit and rot.) and if you start up a shop, put her on the ban list. Other than that, just let it roll off you.

I only give refunds if customers return the item to me in pristine condition. Your mistake was not to demand that she return the smock to you if she wanted a refund.

Kidding or not that's an excellent idea. Make sure that said female puts it back on the bazaar for 6k though. You stand to make 3k on the smock assumin gyou pay you female counterpart 50% for toying with the nasty little customer.
