I don't think that's the issue, because if you drop a necklace and then pick it up again, it generates the thumbnail in the inventory and in the examine window properly for a while. It may still be a typo, but it's a typo in how preview images are generated. I'm guessing that it's translating a three-dimensional model to a fixed-perspective image (even though it turns around and stuff) and somewhere in that process it's failing to pick up the original data, until it's viewed on its own.

Xelene thank you! Any idea when the moment the data is lost again? I just confirmed that on my side but I have had time to do shuttles or cross zones yet.

I'm posting on behalf of my sister who's a Master Tailor on Eclipse. This is also related to Bio-Engineers.

Seems the Devs did a nice job of fixing the tissue stacking, as now two separate Synthetic Cloth slots on one article of clothing will actually stack the mods up to +25. Great job!

However, this needs to apply to slots that require factory crates of Synthetic Cloths or Reinforced Fiber Panels. The reality is most articles of clothing have one slot that require factory crates for either SCs or RFPs than articles of clothing that have two separate slots. This is especially true with articles of clothing that require Reinforced Fiber Panels, as none of them (or very few mind you, I can't remember) have two separate slots for RFPs on one article of clothing.

The obvious reason why this is a bug is because of the fix the Devs just implemented. If they're going to let tissue mods stack on one article of clothing, it needs to be applied all the way, not justhalfway like it is now.

This is not a bug, it is by design the stats only stack once per slot as opposed to per tissue used. So infiltrator leggings only getting RFP bonus once is by design. A Body suit getting the synth bonus only twice because of the 2 slots of factory stacks used is by design. Its a balance issue.

I would love to see Dress restrictions removed

The reason being that I'd love for my male doctor to be able to wear that doctors dress, males dont have anything like that, and It looks awefully cool.

7. Graphical Glitches. These items are glitches visual appearance in some way.

Dress Robe - appears as if male avatars have a naked female chest at certain zoom levels.

Figured I would take and post a pic of the above glitch with males wearing dress robes.

The Doctor's Dress has always been Unisex. Many of my TKA's both male and female wear them.

I have had people come to me with the fact that their clothes have now reached a decay level of 0/1000. But the clothes are still there. I even tried to repair a set to see what happens, 2 broke and were destroyed. Yet they were still there. Now it was listed as(-99/1) and the 2 that were Moderately fixed were at (-548/465). ??!! Decay is working, but nothing happens at zero. I have not seen a bio engineered outfit come in yet. Not sure if they stop giving the bonus.

I thought this would be the tailor's saving grace. But, people still have no reason to buy more clothes. They don't even have to insure their regular clothes, because they won't disappear or get destroyed at (0/1000). Guns stop working, armor stops protecting, why don't clothes disappear?

Not just jackets. The Stormtrooper uniform shows the same effect, looks really bad with the Stormtrooper belt equipped. I think this goes for any kind of clothes or armor...

hmmm, i found ages ago that when you drop a necklace in your house then pick it up again it for a short time shows in your inventory... but it soon dissapears again.

Now i cant recall exactly how and when it loses it again cos it's been a while since ive done it and i can t get ingame right now to check it (may stop home during lunchbreak in a few hours and try) but it could be whenever you close your inventory OR when you get more than a couple in your inventory.

Whomsoever wants to migh try making a whole bunch and then dropping them in house, examining them and picking them out and they will soon become invisable again... where/when/how they become invisable again should become quickly evident... (prolly more than one cause... possible any "refresh" of the inventory display)

Add to graphical glitches: granted, maybe men shouldn't wear hot pants, but on males (human ones anyway) the hip bones poke through when wearing hot pants. Makes it even scarier than it already is...

There shouldn't be sex restrictions period. Either for role playing (whatis wrong with cross dressing?) or just because some "female only" things don't look female only, like the Grand Healer Robe, but there isn't a good reason.

A technical error might be that you can't raise the hood on your cloak. I see NPC's with their hoods up, so it IS in the game. I'd find it... stupid if a hood up/down cloak were seperate clothing items. I want a **edit** hood, but being neither wookiee nor female I can't have one. Correction, I have a cloak, just can't put it up.
