TC is only open to beta participants right now, but non-beta people will be let in later in the week. I'll keep you updated and continue to push about NDA issues.

I have a random NDA-related question - I'm in the beta now, as is most of my guild. Is it acceptable to talk about the beta when the only people around are you and other people who are ALSO in the beta? Like, if I were grouped with two other people who are also playing the beta, could we talk about stuff then?

I wouldn't take the chance. If you are all in beta, the safest place is to talk there.
