I am still asking about that. Personally, I am in the same position (I have NO interest in space) and I really want to know whether I have to fork over my hard-earned cash just to compete as a tailor.

All my beta toons are pretty except my sullastan. She is fat, short, and ugly. I play her with a vicious temper and no social graces.

n'Jessi, when TC goes public, won't we ground based tailors be able to see if we can make the new stuff with out buying JTL?? Seems logical to me......but my logic and SOE's don't always match up. LOL

Seems logical to me too, and I really don't want to have to buy JTL. But I can't give you an answer because I don't have one.

With the JTL code push to TC are we now allowed to openly discuss any changes to the tailor profession? (I mean people can just start up a char on TC-Bria and see for themselves anyway) I wouldn't want to break NDA (even though I dont care about beta testing JTL at all lol)

I am pushing for NDA clarification of the situation when the general public can see the ground game on TC. I'm being quite a pest.

Right now, the TC server is open only to beta people. Until it opens to the general public, don't talk about anything you see there. Enjoy getting the information first, but wait for about another week. That's about when the TC is going to open to everyone.
At least that's what they said...

My TC tailor is on my account without JTL beta access. As soon asI can log her in I wanna see what I can make and what I can't.I really hope I don't have to make a decision on which account to put JTL on in order to compete.

I do not want to buy a space expansion to make more normal clothes (and yes, I know what's in store for us tailors). If it takes a JTL-tailor to make the new items I will cancel my accounts instead. Not a threat, just a fact.

I just want to say that i love being a tailor in JTL. It was the first time i ever tried the profession and I have fallen in love with it. The new species, the clothes, even maintaining factories I enjoy. I will most definetly buy the expansion and right now i am working on becoming a tailor on two different servers on my account because i love making clothes for people.
Who knew i was a tailor at heart.
