I would lovefor the Endor Commando helmet to be craftable (now that it's no longer available even from quests). And to get the Rebel helmet from A New Hope (the white/black domed one).

These were signature looks for the Rebels... the *only* signature look for the Rebels, I might add, aside from the Hoth cold weather gear. Imperial players can dress like Imperials from the films, Rebel players should be able to do the same. From where I sit, you can dress players in exact replicas of those uniforms, but the Rebel look was all about those helmets - without them they are hard to recognise as Rebels at all.
Perhaps we'll get them during the GCW update? Or in a forthcoming mini-publish?

ive mae several posts about this in the items and loot forum, wrong place guess. all sorts of hats from widebrimmed hats, to baseball type hats, to headbands and masks and glasses etc..
one horrible post someone had made went something like " baseball caps and widebrimmed hatsin swg? that would make me sick, the last thing i need to see is people playing cowboy or running around looking like a bunch of fratboys."
yes, everyone that wears a baseball cap is a fratboy....

No baseball, no cowboy hats. For the love of all that's holy, no. That's like defacating on the original New Hope reels.
While I can see how some military style hats would be nice, I think that first list was a tad overkill... and the hats to wear to a formal ball, a bit better. Variety, variety is the key.
I'm not sure there need to be more HATS per se, but just general ornamentation. Think... Dangly jewelry for Zabraks that hang from the horns.
Along with this I'd like to see some of the ornaments the NPC's wear opened up for player's to make. I've seen these neat helmets for Mon Cal only on NPC's (nope, just found out it's a Rebel helmet you can get with fac. pts.) as well as a very cool loop thing on Rodians that I'm pretty sure is not a hair style for ID's.
Basically, anything that allows more options for people to personalize their character is a good thing. You have NO idea how much I would enjoy a Starsider server-wide player boycot on Very Reavealing Skirts and Exotic Leotards. Two things I'd LOVE to see dancers wear, and it's still tantalizing... Pullover or Wooly Jacket, and a pair of boots. That's it. It looks so pathetic when you go into a cantina and see almost carbon-copy (AFK) dancers doing the same thing in the same clothes. Bleh.

i wouldnt expect these hats mentioned above to be called baseball hats or cowboy hats, but they might look remotely like them. of course they should be modified to fit in better with the star wars universe. i honestly dont see how it could HURT the game to have these added.

Any new clothes would be a good thing. We got quite a bit of love with JTL, but that doesn't mean we can't ask for more. LOL
Really, I'd just love to see all of the clothing categories have at least something in it. I can't count how many times I've had to explain "No, there's no craftable/tradeable eyewear in the game", "No, there's no actual capescraftable in the game", and so on. Don't toy with our emotions! hehe
