Excellent idea with the hooded cloaks! That is a good alternative to the twi headgear, if for some reason the twi headgear ceases to work.

Interesting. Thanks for testing that! Both are female-only items, so I'm stumped. At least you found something that removes it! I'll add that to the list.
I wonder how to remove male belts. If the smock doesn't remove it, and a female dress (frock) doesn't remove it, I'm at a loss.

Yes, I'm still doing this. Please add if you have any ideas. Thanks to Ani'cul for the suggestion of Tusken boots to remove female footwear!

The Luxurious Gown will also unequip SE Goggles from a female vendor.
edit: It also removed the gloves she had on.

Hmm, the lux gown removing gloves would be expected, because it covers the hands. Interesting about the goggles. Then again... I wouldn't put goggles on a vendor.

Heh, the SE Goggles were left over from the "which vendors can or cannot wear goggles" test I did for Elyssa in the Merchant forum. The vendorlooked really bad in the goggles too. But she had over 500 items on her I didn't want to remove to make a new vendor. So I was pleasantly surprised to see the Lux Gown I put on her to remove a belt, also removed the goggles. The gloves removing was another bonus.

What about weapons? Any idea how to remove one, once it's equipped? You can give them a different weapon but then they just hold that. Thanks!

Give em a musical instrument - but yeah, then they're still holding something.

I can see that either working or going horribly horribly wrong.
*Imagines a narg melded into a vendor*
Aaaa, it's a monster!!

or neither
appearently you must have the skill to equip it (since 'floor' instuments are higher in the tree)
Igot several "i am not going to wear that, it doesn't fit me" replies with the narg and omni.
bow casters will equip by any race so thinking the 'wookiee removal' route will not work.
other then making a dagger (smallest weapon I can think of) for reduction not haveing much luck on removing a weap.

I had this problem too, accidentally gave my female twi' a long vibro axe- in a row of three vendors with her waving it around, it looked slightly odd to say the least. A friend asked if I was trying to scare off potential customers ![]()
Gave her a vibro knuckler instead, that is quite small, but still not perfect..
