I agree with you Chiana.. I get tells to the point where some days I just don't want to log in lol. I am not mayor either. If I load up in my shop its a 99% chance I will be chained there all night long. Ifthats not the case then I get bogged down with tells but usually its both
I would sooooooooo love the option to appear offline, and so would my poor patient hubby who waits for me to escape for hours and hours lol. (Its so bad he offered to become tailor also so that he could help me get out of there faster hahaha)
I do like my days in the shop, but I certainly enjoy days when I can escape and explore the galaxy
But I think any well known crafter would LOVE to have this feature. Luckily I have a couple of alt characters that I can play to escape the madness hehe. But I would still just like to play my main and be able to log in check over the shop and remain *offline* before I get bogged down with tells. Real life is stressful enough lol.
Good news is I have taken on a partner that will soon be helping keep vendors stocked and keeping customers happy ![]()

I'm also a Mayor and Master Tailor... it DOES get overwhelming. Many people ignore my afk message and just keep asking me the same thing again. My boyfriend had to log on as my character to craft something and was totally floored by the tells.
I don't have much advice- I did find some relief by going to another planet to do some much needed crafting. I couldn't help people real immediately "being away from my supplies" and being out of the city so I couldn't /grantzoning. ![]()

TH is working on a privacy feature:

Now that I am Mayor and Tailor the tells can really be a handful. Sometimes I try and log in to do something other than tailoring, but then I get stuck making clothes.I wish I could sneak into the game sometimes and be invisable or turn off tells.
I agree this would be a nice feature. I've only been a master tailor for a short time, but I still get a lot of tells. I am contemplating not wearing my title, as I get some rude people who find me via a search. Last night I had a guy who wanted me to deliver a decorative vest, that was on my vendor, to him in Kor Vella. After he ordered more clothes I said I would deliver for a higher price. He then snapped at me that I should have been crafting while I was waiting for the shuttle because I had a 7 minute wait. Once I got there, he changed his mind with regard to what he wanted, then asked for new colors. But I digress...
I get way too many of these types of tells, although most are polite. By the way, he was perfectly nice once he got what he wanted.
