Haven't seen these two items mentioned:
Weighted Waist Wrap, High Quality Boots both give Gen Crafting XP for me. Can anyone else confirm that?

new issues since the patch

bazaar/vendor category of 'wookie garb' - but all wookie wear still showing up under handwear, headwear, shirst etc

smock listed as a dress ( which as only men cant wear is plain incorrect) - also other robes like admin robe showing under dresses and not robe.

eyewear category - no eyewear schematics yet so why a category we cant use?

cold weather glove showing under misc not handwear

skirts showing under misc and not a seperate category

clothing is still showing up under the misc main category although it doesnt show up if you search any of the sub misc categories ( like furniture, generic items, food.etc).

tailored components are only showing under factory crates and not under components- tailor components.

Men cannot wear the Sports Wrap, a matter that's causing me no end of consternation.

Nor can they wear the Flared-cuff Shirt, that delightfully fuzzy sweater that female novice artisans start with. Sure, it seems like it was intended to be a feminine item from the beginning, but I should be able to wear one, too!

Casual Pants - Color 2 Should default to a neutral color

My apologies for not reading through almost any of this thread beyond the first post, so these issues may have been brought up already.

First, I needed to make a few Casual Pants last night. The first thing I noticed was that I was no longer being given an option to change Color 2 (which is 90% of the pant material). Is everyone else having this experience? I kept getting stuck with the default brown, with only the ability to change Color 1 (the small padded stripe on the hip).

Second, most gloves that go any length beyond the palm are still not usable with jackets. You should be able to wear these items together, as I constantly see NPC's with glove/jacket combinations that are impossible for players to wear. Also, Long Uniform Gloves sort under shirt sleeves instead of over them.

Third, belts still look ridiculous on most people, like huge rings sticking out from your body. I've seen them work with some body types (i.e. extremely skinny) / clothing combinations, but on anyone with a bit of beef to them they scale way too large. Especially if you put some kind of jacket on (where they should be sorting under most jackets to begin with, save for the closed body-hugging jackets (where they also scale too large over)). This is another item that I constantly see working correctly on NPC's, yet not players.

colors that messed up since last patch:

-pocketed shorts only change colors of belt, not shorts

-luxurious gown changes color of lace skirt, but top remains a dark teal

-sigiled waist wrap changes color of underskirt (normal) and leather pouch now instead of outer skirt. outer skirt is stuck on an aqua color (not normal lol)

Found this one out on accident. Men, or at least Male Bothans, can wear the Two-Tone Formal Dress.

actually, i have quite a few male friends who walk around with skirts. *ahem*

i'll have to say that the new tailor categories are somewhat messed up, and now it's really hard for me to find what i need in the crafting tools here are some examples: (as far as i can tell, as i only have casual 1/field 4/formal 1)

- gunman's duster is under "robe", while spec-op duster is under "jacket". (would be easier if they're both under jacket)

- anything that has the word "robe" on it doesn't appear under "robe", but under "dress", while smock is under "dress"

- some of the gloves (i think the ones that can't be worn with a jacket) are under "misc clothing" instead of "handwear"

- all skirts are under "misc clothing" (would be nice if they had separate category)

- there is a "wookiee grab" category in my vendor, however none of my wookie stuff shows up under that category.

if someone already covered all this, i do apologize...

also there's the tipless glove issue, as well as some clothing appearing as different color in my inventory (for example, the loose dress i wear with white on top and burgundy on bottom shows up as all burgundy in inventory) dress shoes are always black-ish, no matter what color it is. tech packs looks deformed when worn by females, and it jiggles when i run/walk.

then there arethe factory issues. it no longer sends me an email when the factory stops if i'm online, and i always miss the message. that's on top of the factories beinga mess, but that's for another thread.

Alichai, i think you're doing a great job, no matter what people are saying about opinions and such

New Additions:
Heavy Flightsuit: Layering issues with Vests: Wearing a vest creates some interesting.. though unintentional fashion looks as portions of the padding end up doing the whole poking through thing. Example: Decorative vest when worn on a heavy flightsuit ends up appearing to be open fronted as the flightsuits front shows through in various areas. The backside of the flightsuit isn't covered at all.

Vests: Weirdness on death: Alright I'm not sure if this is because I'm wearing the above mentioned Heavy Flightsuit or whether it's some weird general issue with vests or even outter wear in general. (I'm usually wearing some jacket or vest when I die unless I'm in my heavy flightsuit and I don't feel like actively seeking out death in my skivies or what not to test this fully) When I die, if I have a vest(s) in my main inventory when I respawn the game insists on putting me into one whether one was orignally equiped on me at the point of death or not. I try to keep looted clothes separate from my good stuff until I can give my friends a chance to look at them, good stuff goes into the backpack, looted junk just sits in main inventory so I can see what I've got and because other containers don't default open in a new window. This means I die, pop back up and I'm wearing a vest I wasn't wearing when I died, have to open the inventory and unequip it, a minor problem, but still and oddball bug.

Dark Jedi Necklaces and Blacksun Necklaces: Yes I know tailors don't make these, but it's a wearable, non-armor issue, and there's no 'Items that come from NPCs correspondant' so let's report it here. These items do show up in the inventory and examine windows (Which is simply amazing considering the other neckwear doesn't). They are also equipable and even sell in the bazaar under jewelry (I've never wasted money on them thankfully, these were gained doing missions) however when worn nothing shows up. Also when dropped in houses they sit on the floor as opposed to the over necklaces that hover nicely in the air. If these are wear jewelry objects (Which being equipable and sold under jewelry in the bazaar would seem to indicate they are) then they should show up on our characters when worn.

Revealing Fleshwraps: Gender restriction not noted. Female only but still uses the standard bodysuit description with not mention of being female only.

Not Really a bug but it does bug me:
Cargo Pocket, Backpacks, and other containers: More of a pet peeve than a bug I suppose.. but.. I should be allowed one too! Could we get these to default as open in new window like the backpacks actually do when equipped. As it stands it makes it a little cumbersome to use these containers for sorting things not in a worn backpack. With the equipped backpack a simple double click brings up a nice new window with its inventory, double click a cargo pocket, a satchel, a second backpack you're not wearing, etc, (as force of habit will often lead me to do) instead of a new window you get your inventory window replaced with the container's, so you have to close that out, re-open the inventory, bring up the radial menu, click-hold on open, then choose open in new window, so you can move things back out into your inventory or another container.

I forgot that this thread was the main one...posted this in Holo's thread so pardon the duplication Alichai

More color bugs: (pardon me if these repeat any posts )

--Dress Uniform Jacket now allows for breastplate to be toned metal tones (was default gold onlybefore)..yay! but now can't change the colors of the sleeves LOL.

--Pocketed Shorts change colors of belt and buckle only, not shorts themselves

--Sigiled waist wrap changes colors of underskirt and leather pouch instead of underskirt and over skirt (which is now default aqua only)

--Luxurious gown allows for color change of lace skirt now, but is default to dark teal on top only.

--What is up with the white blob on the side of the boob with the Revealing Bikini? I don't think its supposed to be there...

--Necklaces still don't show up in crafting (or vendor) window..wouldn't be that much of a hardship if I knew that the top color palette was the setting and the bottom was the gems. Sometimes its reverse and I get bizarre looking results lol.

Can I make a request? Exotic Leotard...surely they should come in the full range of colors and not just pastel/drab?

Here is something that may have been brought up. Lets say I create some synthcloth with constrictor cloth to prevent bleeding. Then I incoirporate this no bleed synth cloth into say my wookie shoulder pads... The final product does not indicate any special properties.. does it have any if not why not? And if it does what does it not show up on examine.. Hard for costumors to believe what they don't see.

Oh that is reinforced fiber panels not synthcloth sorry for th mistake,

Agreement with Jowimalla.

Bio-Enhancement with Reinforced FIber Panel does not transfer the enhancement in to clothing.

Synth Cloth seems to work (great for healers and dancers), but we Field-Wear specialists need to add bio-enhancement for battle bonuses to the field-wear clothing.

I thought this at first as well. But then I realized... there actually is eyewear in the game. After all, everyone who got the SWG CE got one of those funky sunglasses. If they'd try to sell one of those it'd end up in the Eyewear category on the bazaar.

Also, I'm quite certain that they'll include more sunglasses and such in the future that we can make.

No, I'm more baffled by the 'earring' category. Anyone seen any of that yet?

One bug I have noted, and /bugged in game..

You can't make different color simple waist wraps, you can pick a color but it doesn't change and only comes out an icky brown. Also on the Tree Dwellers Hood - instead of changing the color of the long collar part.. you now change the main collar color...dunno if that is a bug, or not tho. Also I think simple waist wraps should be called Wookie Waist Wraps..they are wookie only right? I'm a wookie so I dunno heh

As a wookie, I am in agreement with what others have said about the wookie line getting more colors. To top it off I'm a female wookie tailor..talk about torture..can't wear all the cool clothes I make LOL. Tho it would be nice to havea wider color palette, or at least similar color palettes.. it's hard to match the items because leather pieces can only be certain colors.

Oh, so if I use the cosntrictor cloth on a reinforced fiber panel. And then put it into an item that does not require synthcloth it should work.. LOL well there goes my ideas for creating sort of wookie armor.. I hope they fix that one.

Some of these bugs like items being in the wrong category need to get fixed. But, things like this that actually have no work around should be looked at first.

It does seem to me, if they do a few more big patches over the next couple months the game is actually going to be pretty darn good.

Does anyone know if bio components can be added to synthcloth etc that is made in your factory? I ask becasue that would be the only way to add it to a gunman long coat for example.
