ok, I just read through the whole "worst question ever asked" thread, and I'm thinking I'm REALLY going to regret asking this, but here goes anyways:
I've collected several identical lots of the heavy leather (1 lot of 5, 2 lots of 4, 4 lots of 3, ect., 30 pieces total) and while I know this isn't the trade forum, I do want to know how much these were worth to the tailors of SWG. If you could please post what these were going for in your area, so I have a general price in mind when I sell them.
Also, if anyone on Kettemoor wants to buy a set or two, drop me a line in game, I'm sure we can work out a trade for either credits or a few outfits. I promise I'll even look up the names of everything beforehand, and the color hex codes for you too.

On Naritus, lots of heavy leather have been going for hundreds of thousands of credits. Many of the tailors aren't getting these directly, but from resellers who've been winning these auctions.

The server im on, Tailor is more of a fun profession than to make any kind of money at it. Can load up bazaar now a bit. The schematics will poof after 3 items made which is *bleep* in itself. I think the schemactics take 2 or 3 identicle pieces. Having them at a couple K a piece would be wonderful. Since a tailorcannot get these items themselves, IF they were only a tailor. Its typical to see inflated prices to some outragious amounts as everything else has been done. Its like giving candy to a baby, then instead of handing it to them, hold it in your face teasing you.
Where is the crystalline treated cloth at?

Nightsisters, ewoks, a few others. I've gotten the crystaline treatments off of tuskens, jawas, and the bazaar for 200 credits each.

hey kettemoor budy here im going to do the jabba missions with my guild soon if you want you could supply the leather ill supply the tailor and everyone will supply the schematics to be made maybe we can all get some usefull thing!

Well, I really don't have a need for a chef's apron or a dancer's outfit. But if your guild wants to buy some, let me know.

well i bought 6 identical for 2 mill credits the other day its gone crazy in prices now

i have 6 identical id be willing to barter maybe more if the deal is sweet
i require 1 droidsmith tools
1 apron for droid or art crafting
1 apron for med crafting

you got lucky on your server eclispe has more of a demand but thanks for the tip ima start looking on bazzar i cant belive anyone who can kill a ns would be nOoB enuff to put it on bazzar

They don't only loot off nightsisters. The largest numbers of identical ones seem to come from there, but singles and 2-4 identical components loot of lower things. My combat alt once looted 2 identical from a jawa. I'd bet that's a pretty rare occurance, but it apparently can happen.
Also, just because someone doesn't really care about the value of component loot doesn't make them a clueless noob. I contacted one of the sellers of the largest batches to let him know I'd pay better for more, and he told me that he knew he could sell them for a lot more but just wanted them out of his inventory and didn't care what they went for. Once some of these folks get several million saved up they're not too concerned with the lower-end expensive loot.
I'm convinced they're overpriced right now anyway (at the 100k people keep trying to sell them at) because they're still relatively new.
