What is the status of the NDA? I have no idea.

Anyone can logon to TC /TC-BRIA. So anyone can see ground-game changes, if any.

Can we talk about it? I don't know.

True to my word, I've been bugging the devs about this situation in multiple "behind the scenes" threads - one of which I started, two of which I did not. It's a concern for other professions as well.

I asked for an official statement about the status of the NDA. I haven't seen one yet. If I know the status of the NDA as it applies to the ground game, I'm not allowed to say what it is, or even if I know.

So what can I say? I'm very very very very frustrated. I'm sure you all are too.

At this point, I can't tell you definitively what you should or should not post. My advice would always be with caution, as I don't want anyone on this forum to get in trouble.

In the meantime, logon to TC or TC-BRIA. You'll just have to see for yourself. If it's not too laggy, try the TC-BRIA because it has skill frogs.

As for what is alright to talk about for the non-beta participants, it seems fairly clear to me. We (the non-betas) have nothing to do with the NDA and therefore can talk about whatever the heck we want. I know the "safe" thing to do would be to keep silent. That's a little silly if you ask me. We've got *no* word from SOE about not saying anything. I don't see them coming down on their paying customers for *talking* about what's on a public test center.

On tc2-beta please feel free to add n'Jessi to your friends list and send me a tell. I am starting factory runs now. Even though I do have a shop on TC1, without frogs, nobody would be able to GET to it (no money).

No joke, I was logged onto tc-bria for all of 2 seconds... wearing my clothes from the last bria cantina crawl (cause I have a bria char). I was skilling up at the frog when I got a tell

"can u mak me some cloths"

I said "I don't have any materials yet"

he said "when u get the materials can u plz?"

I said " it will take a few days to make all the factory components".

To which I got an "o really" and "$%%$ ok thenm" (my filter was on, oops)

Hehe, Sounds like my first night on TC-Bria. I wanted to go running, screaming into the butterflys and monkeys just to end the nightmare

I took up TKA because I had some nasties camping my factories.

I posted about it in the general beta forum, so if you have access to those forms and are frustrated too, please feel free to pipe in! It would be nice if the thread gets noticed so maybe they will answer our question.
