Is there still a +25 maximum that any skill mod can be increased from BE clothing? I have +14 tissue for melee/ranged defense... if I stuck 6 of them in a Reinforced Jumpsuit, would the clothing actually give a bonus of (+14 x 6) = 84, or is it capped at +25?
Thanks.

first, identical tissues in each slot does not stack, so each slot only gives you the benefit of one tissue.
as for the +25 cap, I don't think there's any documented change so I would assume it's still the same, however there's no official answer.

And how do you do that, cause I'm having the same problem, and I hate having to switch to IE to post.

Ah - great. I thought that it was something in Firefox, not on the boards!

At least you guys can post with the non-WYSIWYG editor. I can't unless I tell Opera to say it's Mozilla.

I used opera before firefox came out because I love tabs and mouse gestures, but firefox has those too. it's also more consistant with html displays, while opera will show some really strange stuff sometimes

I'm working on getting an answer to this. Hopefully I will get some word about it soon!

It seems that the total cap is gone, but as Pappi said you would have to put it in seperate clothes.

In my experience, that happens when the person writing the website isn't paying attention to the standards. Not that there aren't bugs in Opera and sites that point them out, but the vast majority of sites with problems with Opera that I've run into were either written with only IE in mind or do poor browser sniffing.
Take this forum for example. They declare 4.01 Transitional on every page, but this particular post comes back from the W3 validator with 407 errors. Most of them are either superficial or simple (quotes around attributes, ampersands in URLs need to be entities, improper nesting, etc.) and could probably be fixed in the forum software in a day or two if someone tried. I doubt that'll ever happen; the day a forum post passes the validator I'll eat my hat. And I mean one of those elaborate headdresses, not just a bandanna headwrap.
FWIW, the forum works just fine if Opera says it's Mozilla/Firefox. Worthless browser sniffing yet again.
All of the websites I create validate and appear almost identical in IE, Moz/FF, Opera, and Safari. My most popular one even still looks right in Netscape 4. ::shudder:: It's really not that hard to do if you want to put some effort into it.
(Sorry I've wandered off-topic, but it's been frustrating. Everything worked fine until the recent changes.)
