Now that there is enhanced melee speed, is master brawler as important? I was already speed capped, so even if I drop master brawler and get the enhanced melee speed, I will still be at the cap. Is Master Brawler that important if you can speed cap without it? I know intimidate 2 is very nice, but I never really use Warcry with the dot breaking it. Let me know what you guys think.

I would keep Master Brawler unless you really need to drop it. Int. 2 is very nice, and I love stacking it. Its all up to you bro. There is no real bad choice.

I wouldn't say it's vital.
I did drop it once but i won't drop it again.
Intimidate2 and an occasional lunge2 knockdown here and there make things comfortable and
i don't want to miss it.
Next to that i don't feel being a complete Swordsman if there is a 2h special out there that i don't have

Intimidate2 and Lunge2 are a major part of my tactics so I will never drop Master Brawler.

I would keep it...the +5 on toughness, cob, accuracy and spd along with lunge2+warcry2+intimidate2 are more than worth to spend the sp imo...

what naruk said.
being able to posture change and knockdown without switching weapons is awesome.
intim 2 and warcry 2 rock and the bonus to intim and warcry is awesome.
+5 toughness is huge. as is the bonus to acc and speed.

/agree with everyone so far
I have been a Master Swordsman without also being a Master Brawler, and while it's certainly powerful on its own, I very spoiled by the perks of Brawler. I can't imagine playine a Swordsman without it.
I'll add that another reason I like Lunge2 is its range. It's fun to use in PvP, plus so many critters/NPCs will turn and walk away when they're at a sliver of health, so it's very useful to be able to turn and knock out a quick lunge to finish the job while it's still in range of the move (before they might be even more buggy and warp about 90m away).

for PvE, master brawler isnt vital, if you had it you will miss it if you havent you'll live with it just fine. In PvP it gives you that bit more edge and that bit more variety, that ultimately can save your bottom.
Vital : No
Important : maybe
Useful : definately Yes

I love master brawler. Int 2 rocks as does warcry 2. The final sell for me is the lunge2 since it is the only kd I have. Just my personal 2 cents.

I would argue that in PvE it's just as important as PvP. Highend PvE, anyways. It's a serious pain in the ass to try and kill most high level mobs when your intimidates rarely stick, and when they do stick, drop after 5 seconds. Intimidate 2 is just a huge time saver. Yes, it's not absolutely essential, but it's a heck of a lot more frustrating without it.

Intimidate 2 is always useful
warcry is good if you need an escape
Lunge 2 is the greatest thing about it in my opinion. I use it at least once in about every fight, from Night sisters to stopping a running huurton while grinding for FS xp.

most high mob has extremely high Knockdown defense, so lurng2 on them is like a lottery even used correctly. what master brawler brings in PvE on high end mob is the longer time on center of being and +5 toughness and speed. So again not vital, if you had it you'll miss it, if you havent gotten it before you'll live without it for pve
