for PvE, master brawler isnt vital, if you had it you will miss it if you havent you'll live with it just fine. In PvP it gives you that bit more edge and that bit more variety, that ultimately can save your bottom.

Vital : No

Important : maybe

Useful : definately Yes

I would argue that in PvE it's just as important as PvP. Highend PvE, anyways. It's a serious pain in the ass to try and kill most high level mobs when your intimidates rarely stick, and when they do stick, drop after 5 seconds. Intimidate 2 is just a huge time saver. Yes, it's not absolutely essential, but it's a heck of a lot more frustrating without it.

most high mob has extremely high Knockdown defense, so lurng2 on them is like a lottery even used correctly. what master brawler brings in PvE on high end mob is the longer time on center of being and +5 toughness and speed. So again not vital, if you had it you'll miss it, if you havent gotten it before you'll live without it for pve

I tend to disagree. yeah high mobs do have good KD resists, But the only one i can really recall not hitting on is NS Elder... not that i do a lot of high end stuff, but the rest of the NS usually go down to it the first or second try

Ok, I want to see if i can get some suggestions with a decision I have to make.

At the moment I am TKM, Master Pikeman, Fencer 4/4/4/0, and two-handed IV. Plus have combat prowess 0/0/1/3. I have 1 skill point left and want to get master brawler. BUT I have to drop a couple of boxes to do it.. I was thinking of dropping a couple in fencer but the defence they offer is very nice and its hard to do it.. i WILL not drop anything in TKM (I love that prof and will always keep it) So I guess the question is, is it worth it to drop a couple of boxes from somewhere to obtain master brawler? All opinons will be appreciated..Thanks..

i'd drop the top two stances and grips boxes, the accuracy will be nice for pikeman, and the added toughness is great for tk.

to answer this question plan and simple.... yes. theres so much in master brawler to aid you in both pvp and pve. and it supports any melee proffession and even helps if your a ranged fighter as well.
