No fencers don't still have the blademaster title.........it is now bladesmaster. I don't think it sounds quite as cool..........I actually may start wearing the master swordsman title now since blademaster was taken from me.

I've been in this game for lke4 publishes now.. And there haven't been a single one without some kind of nerf/screwover of the swordsman.... This being the latest (not a techincally bad one, but a feel bad one).
What the hell was this all about? They kept the "heavy" in expert, novice and apprentice!! Gabe? You need to keep these monkey on a leash and never let them out of sight, cause then stuff like this, the bleed and the warcry happens. ![]()
I'd rather wear the tailor titles.

I like it better without the Heavy, I may actually wear my master tag now instead of First Responder

I don't mind them changing it to swordsmen but how comes they left expert swordsmen in thats a lame title a lot of other professions got the boring titles replaced yet we didn't.

We shouldn't really complain I'm sure they had a board meeting, focus group, brainstorm, cigarette, doobie, coffee over this extremely important change to the game. Then of course the change needed to be documented in a few reports so that the change could be signed off by Mr Bigwig. They probably did overtime discussing this and how it would bring in extra revenue as the 2handed community were screaming for this change or threatening to quit the game.
Its good that we get to see that our subscription fees don't go to waste. I for one always feel better when I can see them working hard to make the gaming experience so much better for us all.
Lets face it they could have renamed it Master Doofus or something.

What's even more amusing is that if you look at the Brawler level IV skill titles, those haven't changed, so you still have Apprentice Heavy Swordsman for us Swordsmen, and Apprentice Swordsman for Fencers. So silly. Talk about half-azz work.

Yep, really funny...an apprentice swordman can't become a master swordman.
And we still have expert heavy swordman

Rifleman got the love. That stupid (and redundant) "Hunter" title got replaced with "Assassin".
Make me wish I was still a rifleman...
