Hasn't the mind hit always targeted a random stat pool, and then procced the mind bleed?



The only difference, now, is that the initial damage is greater and the dot effect is lessened.

yes that is true, but what is happening now is the "bleed" is random now

I'm three steps ahead of you.

I bugged the devs about this a few days ago and I was told that it would be changed soon. I'd hoped it would be fixed before the patch hit, but I guess not.

I've run through 10 mobs, and the bleed has procced mind every time, I'll run through some more.

This isn't really a big deal really. The first hit when your applying a bleed has ALWAYS been random. The bleeds still end up bleeding the right HAM bar. At least i've had no problem with that. Bleeds are useless now anyway.
