maybe if it had some other kind of dmg besides kinetic....

but its the same ham cost as a hammer if not more with a lower max dmg.

i don't get it.

guess everybody has to be buffed all the time haha

i am on booster blue and still barly keeping up with the dmg to myself haha

I havent tried this yet but i dont see why it wouldnt work. If you can find some of thatfood (i dont remember the name) that boosts your all your secondary stats related to HAM costs that should help a lot and bring the costs down a bunch. But still the HAM costs are rediculously high if your not buffed or on food, we shouldnt have to get buffed or eat food just so we can swing around our weapon. Give us HAM costs mitigation or something for crying out loud. /endrant

Well it was reduced once. If you use buffs it does go down quite a bit and compared to other weapons it really isn't that bad. But keep me posted on what you guys think as more of these get made. Also though, it's important to note that we're probably going to see a revamp to HAM usage once we have the combat rebalance.

Will this "revamp" of HAM usage be like the "revamp" of warcry and bleeds?

yah.

i was thinking about the combat revamp.

but still 50/60/40 is a lot!!

i had 800 quickness with booster blue and i was loosing ham very fast.

i wish the game was so that you didn't have to buff to pvp or pve.

but with my powerhammer and some well placed foods i could get my ham cost low enough to do some decent things.

i think it's a bit high.

but it's still fun

I was just reading through this forum cause i was thinking about going swordsmen, i m a master riflemen at the moment, just thought i would say that those ham costs are pretty much the same as a T21, if not less (of course the 70+ one is always in mind, but otherwise very close). And at master we fire pretty much at 1 second so welcome to my world of food and drugs they do wonders!!

t21 has about 200 more max dmg points

heavy armor piercing and can shoot from 60m out.

plus a riflemen gets a lot more accuracy and speed than we do.

PLUS they have double our melee defense.

so no - it isn't like a T21 at all.

gives us heavy armor piercing and better mods to go with it - not to mention more max dmg and ill agree that 160 ham cost is worth it.

Aren't you using the new Vasarian Brandy, Haun?

On Chilastra you can get it with +440 to mind/focus/wp. Only 49 filling. Last around 45 minutes too.

So if you wait about 60 seconds after taking that, you can stack another one, giving you almost +900 to all mind stats.

Then if you wait a bit longer for your bladder to empty a little, you can stack a third, giving you 1200 for all mind stats.

Its pretty nice

Edit - Not to mention stacking Muon and Music/Dancer buffs ontop of that.

....as for Health/Action related stats - I barely ever get a Doctor buff below 2000. This totally negates any heath or action costs, even with Hammer.

Witout buffs you kill yourself withthe scythe in like 4 swings making the speed on the scythe absolutely usuless.
