Nope can't drop in the house or trade/sell it... It is part of the Victor Bestine quest... You trade it in for the Lithitanium rifle... which is rare I got one now

you can actually pocket the head in a bank, go back to victor. He lets you have the ability to do the quest over, and then you can get another head to turn into victor for the kinetic rifle

used to be kinetic from what i remember, then it was changed, but the Lithanium is worth a pretty penny to the right people..........

It's not that rare, kill the executioner for a couple days and you will get it, it gets you the Lith rifle, where as the stones get you the lith carbine, all ofwhichare pretty much useless except to collectors, the head is cool though wish you could drop it in a house. Go try and get the very rare black metal gaffi or thefabled Junti Mace that has yet to be dropped, then you will be in for a real treat that you can keep.

so whats the deal with these new "fabled" weapons. i heard of a fabled t21 on the kett posts but does anyone have stats or other info on the subject?

No the Junti Mace was supposed to be uber rare when it was put in the game and to this day has never been obtained by anyone, that's why I said fabled, look in the fencer forums for more info on it.

ah cool. does the mace look like a gaffi?? and if it is a dropable item, or fabled shouldnt we have known by now if it has been "released" 4 a while?

lol i saw the tusken head. just a non-dropable version of a mask. nothing more 
also have u seen the resists on the executioners?! DANG!!! lol dont think risking ur life is worth it 4 a head that u can drop or trade.

Try the area a little west of the Squill Caves.
I got a premium crystal from one once, this was before the loot revamp though. I'm not sure if they're worth killing anymore...
You are talking about the waypoint 0,0 it is overflow for the tusken fort spawn, usaully at least an observer there sometimes the big three are there executioner, observer and witch doctor. They drop dot weapons, good skill tapes and premium crystals as well as jsut credits lol.
