They are easy to kill they have like 35 or 40 percent resists to blast is all, with a PH they drop in under 5 minutes, faster than elders and they don't hit as hard, they do occasionally put on elder like bleeds though, but they are easy to solo, even two at once is not too bad.

Try the area a little west of the Squill Caves. There's usually an Observer, and Executioner, and sometimes a Witch-Doc.

I got a premium crystal from one once, this was before the loot revamp though. I'm not sure if they're worth killing anymore...

Here are the resists on the Executioner, in case anyone cares:

Heat: 100
Kinetic: 85
Energy & Stun: 80
Acid: 45
Blast: 35
Electricy: 30
Cold: 20

Once again a reason to love my powerhammer.
