My advice would be:
Getattachments so that you have a speed of 95
Get +25 accuracy with attachments
Get a 35% damage sliced regular powerhammer with good range mods (i.e. -4 instead of -40 like the acklay hammers)
Make sure that your stats is migrated so that your mind secondaries are as high as possible
Get a nice comp armor with at least 35% stun
Get nice 2500+ buffs and entertainer buffs
Pop 2 brandys and 2 ahrisa and a citros snowcake
Keep the fencer intimidated and bash away with headhit3
Having master brawler is generally a good idea, since it's easier to cap the speed, you get more accuracy and intimidate sticks longer.
Oh.. and i forgot use min/max pups for example 16% min 6% max damage since min damage is more important in pvp because of mitigation.
You might wanna turn on a cob macro, and if you dont want to get hurt at all, slap on a 45% stun PSG

Stun armor and PSGs are the end all to fencers. Even without intimidate, if you have both of those they shouldn't be able to hurt you. You really shouldn't lose to a fencer if you have both of these.
Most good melee'ers won't take damage from another melee'er, so most of the time its a battle of DoTs. Buy a few Janta knives to use with your fencer skills, lay in some poisons, then crack out the headhit 3. Do the usual Dizzy/KD/Posture change and intims.

Using intimidate to reduce the damage of the opponent is just one thing.. the other more important thing is that fencers on COB is almost impossible to hit without them being intimidated.
I have verified this several times, without intimidate it's like:
dodge
dodge
dodge
dodge
hit
dodge
...
When the fencer is intimidated i hit him most of the time.
As for dizzy/kd or posture change, I don't bother with it most of the time, everyone and his brother are defense stackers and the attempts to dizzy/kd takes away important time when you could be doing damage to his or her mind.
I NEVER use DOT's I don't like them at all, the fact is that no other melee prof can do the damage that a speedcapped swordsman does and unless they have very nasty 200+ mind poisons/diseases i can usually survive the dot anyways if things get bad enough i can pop a muon gold and get both more mind and better regen.

accuracy tapes. It's all about the accuracy. Also, if you have ranged support 1, you can use the /aim. btw, it stacks 3X.

speed attachments and accuracy attachments do help...but heres some things that are easier to get ahold of.
A high MINIMUM damage powerhammer.
Personal Shield Generators
Synth steak
With steak and PSGs fencers literally do around 40 damage to your ham bars if you're wearing good high stun composite armor. So theres there chances of killing you. As for killing them...
Intimidate them and keep it on them, it turns off their center of being and greatly reduces there chances of dodging your attacks. Also, you say you have TKA, use it to stun them and lower their defenses further, go ahead and blind them as well. use TKA to get them KD/Dizzy as well. Dont even try to hit em with your hammers until they're stun/intimidated though, you'll miss too often. Once those states are on them though, you shouldnt have much problem smashing their heads in.

What would you all suggest for someone with my setup?
I've been bouncing between the ideas of PvP setup of:
Master Doc/Swords 0443/Fencer 0400 for some resistance to KD/posture change with most of the key swords abilities, but I lose any harvesting skills that I want for the doc crafting.
OR the PvE setup of:
Master Doc/Master Swords/Novice Scout
I prefer PvE side of things for now, but I want to help guild in their PvP operations. I can't deal or heal damage when on my back and any fencer I've gone up against can keep me knocked down almost constantly.
Should I give up hope of defending against the dreaded dizzy if I go with my PvE template? The duels with fencers have always been frustrating for me, though I finally smashed one over the head enough times recently to incap him with mindhits and headhits, but only after I was KD 800 times.
Is there a food or something to help defend against these guys? What other professions are as good at knocking us down that I should watch out for?

"Dont even try to hit em with your hammers until they're stun/intimidated"
This seems very wise. I'll keep that in mind while draining theirs.

Ok, so what about fencer/docs? Can't hit them, can't intimidate and hit them (or keep any other states on), can't use dots...

dont use a friggin power hammer in pvp. it aint worth it.
u dont need to be speed capped.
u dont need to be accuracy capped.
38% or more stun resist armor, psg, synsteak... a scythe.
citros snow cake is a waist, synsteak and canape are the way to go. or if they are dumb and only use lunge 2 hit a thaktillo.
intimidate is ur friend. as for facing the docs and jedi who can heal it. just intimidate and sneak in 3 or 4 head hits and intimidate again. if they are stupid they will stay in place and let the healing animation take place, were they cant attack anyways. but if they are smart they will keep running around so the animiation doesnt take place and they can still attack after they heal. but still they can only heal every 5 seconds or so.

I am a master sword, master brawler, 3-0-0-0 fencer, 4-3-0-4 tka, some medic
I dueled a master sword with master doc and I did no damage to speak of..I looked at the combat log and he counterattacked almost everytime..It appears having a high counterattack is a big bonus, now to find those rare tapes.
