And this final shot is Hisme after making fun of our Jedi friend running as fast as he could to avoid incap 
- unfortunately I have to admit too not being buffed or using Center Of Being or Healing and him incapping me a fraction of a second before I would have took him down, however I also wasted around 8 shots on trying to knockhim down only to find out after he had stupidly good knockdown defense.

who death blowed him, you? or somebody else? and i would vouch for it the pictures do not look modified and i have an eye for it as i have done photo editing for a couple years now...

It was extreme bad luck on his part, the jedi was and is actually a friend of mine, we did however duel properly, something bad happened, we dueled and I in-capped him, he was fully buffed at the time and mind buffed using muon gold, the muon ran out about 5 seconds after I incapped him and he died :-(
A doctor rezed him but even with the rez he lost a life. He actually restarted his Jedi at this point and lost all of his XP 
I feel kinda bad, but he said it isn't my fault, was just sucky timing.
I'm master brawler and master swordsman, I was also wearing pants with a counterattack against 1handed melee +6 tape in them and knockdown +4, I did manage to knock him down easily.
this is the last time I share anything with you guys, I'm not a kid playing games here and refuse to participate in arguments over if something is true or not.

You may want to have him check his combat logs if he can. Since the vehicle patch, using a lightsaber opens the jedi up to PVP with everyone around (not just when they use forces powers anymore). So if he was dueling you with the lightsaber, even without specials, anyone standing there could have not only jumped in, but given him a DB as well.The DBwould not be diplayed in your combat log, but would show up in his. And the food and drug buff incapp is supposed to be fixed. I have seen several ppl lose the muon buff with wounds, they just hit (1) and stop. That being the case, it is more likely anyone walking by selected him and tried to examin him with the radial menu, then when they say the option to DB....no more jedi.
I'm not saying it did happen this way and that the buff wearing off didnt DB him, just that it is more likely the random person walking by.
It used to be that the jedi would only get an open TEF to everyone when they used their specials, so if they dueled (even in a big city like Theed),and they just did regualr hits they were safe. Since the last patch, any jedieventurning alightsaber on in a city to kill meatlumps or duel a friend is going to get killed by someone, or even everyone.
Thanks ThaWhiteKnight I'm in a better mood now and I will post stuff again I just didn't fancy getting into a battle about faking things. (Giving up smoking thus the moody reply earlier hehe)
The advice I would give any swordsman now is this and the reason I think I got such an advantage in the battle.... Get Master Brawler with Master Swordsman, they complement each other sooooo much, also get BE clothes with warcry and intimidate, you can get upto +25 increase too both in clothing (I think the cap for all mods is +25 but im not sure, if it is it means +12.5 too each) which on top of both Master Brawler and Master Swordsman gives you a huge huge advantage. In addition if you can get any clothing attachments for Centre of Being then grab them as this is the single best thing I have found with this profession, it rocks and will pretty much stop you from ever being hit. Also go for speed with a Powerhammer, I never use a sword, I always get a powerhammer and try and get it experimented on for speed and then sliced for speed. My current one is 2.9 speed with 475 hit, and at Master Swordsman its pretty much used at 1.0 speed.
My only gripe with Master Swordsman so far is the way I lost too Hisme, the fact that he ran away and half of my knockdowns missed even with the +20 range due to him getting in and out of range by weaving. It wouldn't have been so bad if I had good ranged defense or armour on but I didn't have any ranged defense mods on (If you can get 2 aauken rings : Ranged Defense : 10 - then trust me grab them, they will help alot, I sold mine for 10 million to a jedi and now regret it), I have never used armour with heavy swordsman but I'm now going to investigate this, although I had the encumberance hit.
If anyone else has some suggestions too, I'm all ears as I love this profession
some of you guys are idiots that say this is bogus.....as you can see the dead guy has a lightsaber in his hand......
