Moral of the story: run your spice on a timer!That way you can get yourself out of the action before the downer hits and messes you up.

Reserve a toolbar spacefor the muon gold, then make this macro and bind it to a sensible control-key to activate it:

/ui action toolbarSlot16; (or whatever slot the spice is on)
/alarmAddIn 0 7 MUON DOWNER IN 3 MINUTES;
/alarmAddIn 0 8 MUON DOWNER IN 2 MINUTES;
/alarmAddIn0 9 MUON DOWNER IN 1 MINUTE;

I used muon for the first time tonight, and yes, if you have less than 500 in any of the three pools, it just reduces them to 1 - though I got killed (for the first time) by a sharnaff (which it turns out I can just about solo

) even though it was only my second incap in 10 minutes.

Wierd.

I have also defeated mid level jedi as well.. there easy and thats sad for all the grinding they get and still get defeated by other melee's
