You would fair well i'd say, not a whole lotta defense but if you got a close damage range scythe and your speed capped and accuracy capped you'll do mighy well.

Edit: woot 300th post!

What kinda damage could be done in PvP with a PH? I'm looking at this for jedi hunting purposes, so armor is not an issue here.

Headhit Three

Headhit Three

or get master brawler along with it and get lunge 2 then....

Headhit Three

Keep it simple in pvp with swordsman and you'll be fine

It depends on if the jedi has force armor going and if they are a MLS. If they are they will usually have a higher tougness, and if they have force armor that gives them 35% or 45% dmg reduction and they can also eat Synthsteak and Exo Protien Wafffers that will also raise their dmg reduction. It will also depend on the stats on your hammer, also if you are speed capped or not and finally if they are knocked down. But remember the first thing you should try to do when fighting jedi above the Padawan and sometimes even them is to make them use up their force bar, after the force bar is gone they are weak as a kitten. The best way to do that is too keep them on their backs so they can't run away if it does get low. Hope this helps.

I'm master swords (only Master Swords as combat) and have only recently tried PVP as sword...used my 850max PH (pup'd) and had a Jedi on the floor after 4 head hits....its not too bad with PVP againt Jedi, only thing is, they can heal mind so it kinda sucks...

I didnt kill that Jedi as his buddy Jedi mind healed...but if you get lucky, you can take them down fairly quick

If you are fighting a jedi, use hit 3, not head hit.

actually...its start headhit 3 macro...start intimidate 2 macro...hit lunge2...if the KD sticks immediately hit warcry2....continue with headhit3 until target death or you get ganked...lol

(as a note...i use /follow alot as well...if my target is kiting me i use lunge2 until i get close enough)

yeah me too, especially against those pesky rifleman

I use 2 or 3 macros actuallly, to get the bleed and the dizzy/kd fast as possible

and yeah the guy who posted above is right, for jedi use hit 3 as it does more damage and jedi can heal their mind anyway, so it does no good to target mind
